Tried to return a package to Amazon and needed tape to seal it. The person said he can't provide the tape. I guess the customer isn't worth the 0.005$ that the tape would cost. I had to leave and I will go to the post office I know about that isn't as cheap. Thanks for your help!

I would give this place zero star if I could. The worst Canada post ever that I have been to…absolutely rude and worst customer service, especially the senior dude, he goes out of his way to be rude and offensive. Avoid this Canada post at all cost it will ruin your life

I have been here many times and they have been reasonably helpful.Today I went in to pay cash into my Stack Bank Account which only requires the QR code to be shown and scanned. Assistant refused to accept it without my bank card.He said it is policy, I then asked if this is the same in all Canada Posts and he said yes, which is a lie.I walked down to Canada Post inside London Drugs on Broadway and paid on my cash using only my QR code with no issues.I have to visit this place once more to collect a package but never again after that.

I've been shipping packages from this location regularly for a couple years now. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick. I've never had any issues, good service :)
