We found the facility to be clean, organized and neat. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We recommend this Sentinel Storage. Only one slight inconvenience; the gate keypad is not accessible from your vehicle window.

The storage facility is just the right place for storage. I just moved in to smaller apartment and a friend recommended the place for storing some of my articles after downsizing. It was a great experience, the staff, Dee and Joyce gave an excellent service. No wonder it was recommended for me, I will surely recommend the place to someone too.

It's cheap. Which is great. Lacation was perfect for us.But they don't take any care in the driveway areas or ice built up in front of lockers. We had to chip two inches of ice away with a hammer just to open the unit(20 minutes)to get our stuff out and then people were falling down because it was literally a skating rink. NO ONE around to help or talk to. Stay away in the winter!

Rented a small storage for files and photos....was perfect and when I was ready to have files shredded they have an on site" company (Record Xpress) that came to unit and shredded. Was great. Dianne was friendly and awesome."
