watched spiderverse recently and many things before that, too, with zero issues. the staff were always lovely and the facilities clean. i would recommend :)

Was extremely busy today, but all the staff handled it well. I think that there were some trainees and they provided quick results during the rush period.The toilets were a bit messy, but that’s to be expected during rush periods. Other than that, everything else was exquisite

They leave the lights on throughout the film and refuse to turn them down. The end result is a washed out picture where you can't see anything in dark scenes. This has happened on multiple visits in different screens, and they blame health and safety. They do however turn the lights down at the Odeon in Maidstone, so suggest going there instead.

What you'd expect from a large chain cinema. Good offer of films and times, the nachos are nice, though pricey like everything else. Have had no negative experiences with the cheerful staff

Excellent cinema. The IMAX screen is superb and the recliner seat's are so comfortable! Will definitely make this my cinema of choice

I booked the Imax and I highly recommend this for all cinema experiences. You have your own recliner chair and swivel table. So comfortable! Staff were all miserable but I was there to watch a film not them. I paid online for my snacks, and once I arrived I click on the app that I'm here and they get your snacks ready pronto. Just have to wait a minute for your number to be called out. I would go again.

Great cinema. Only disappointment is that no extra special seats. We have Limitless and had to pay £2 each for Premium seats which weren't worth it as they don't recline and are no bigger than standard. Liked it there though.

Screen quality not fantastic. Really dark with light patches on the screen making it a bit hard to see. Really loud too and massively expensive. Probably just stay at home to watch a film next time but booking was easy at least.

Good customer service. Payment/booking issue dealt with promptly on a Sunday morning via emails. Great location, good cinema including IMAX. The only thing to improve is popcorn sell first thing in the morning was clearly leftover from previous day.
