Terrible experiences all round for years:- Lease takeover resulted in massive confusion about owner information in Lexus systems: offered solution was figure it out yourself with the customer care.- Lexus connect failed from day 1: offered solution was we can’t help. Figure it out with customer care.- Seasonal tire change coincided with service which included tire rotation. Asked if they could sub the tires and was told I’d still have to pay for the tire change.Almost every encounter I’ve had with this place gives very shady vibes and a culture of passing the buck! There is 0 accountability and absolutely no feedback mechanism, else Lexus would have pulled out of this franchise ages ago! They act like you’re a colleague who should know how Lexus operates vs treating you like a paying customer. I’ve raised issues with Lexus directly and they redirected me to the manager Paul who talked big and ended up with the service dept yet again redirecting me to get help with customer care. You couldn’t pay me to visit this dealership ever again! If you value your self worth avoid this location at all costs.

Erin Park Lexus is the best place to send your car for service. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. And extremely excellent service. Especially Susan the service representative who helped me a LOT to fix the issues. I am very impressed with her service and I hope the manager reads reviews and knows how amazing she is. She is patient, attentive, and always talking to everyone with her beautiful smile. Also they offer free coffee, other drinks and wifi. Their coffees are so tasteful with many styles.

Erin Park Lexus is a truly well-run dealership. We are always greeted warmly upon arrival and our wait times are minimal. Abdul Ramadan is an exceptional sales professional and Adam De Souza is an outstanding sales assistant. Abdul carefully listened to my needs and assisted in helping me choose my first SUV three plus years ago. We did not hesitate to return to see Abdul for our new 2023 SUV. He is the best automotive sales person we have ever dealt with. Abdul offered recommendations and Adam took my husband and me on a test drive. That sealed the deal. Adam is exceptionally knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles and patiently walked us through all the many new safety features and highlights and set up my cell phone with Apple Car Play. Abdul negotiated a fair deal for us and explained the paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with these men and we highly recommend Erin Park Lexus and especially these two professionals. We give this dealership a solid well-deserved 10.

I took my 2019 NX to Erin Park Lexus to have them look at a certain issue with headlights. From the minute I drove in into the service concierge until the minute I was handed in the keys back I found nothing but top class attention, professionalism and thoroughness. Ms Bansi was the specialist who welcomed me and listened to me explaining the issue. She really handled my concerns in a way that made me feel that I was at the right place and my vehicle is in good hands. They performed a full diagnosis and worked on finding the root cause of the issue. I was then asked to take the car back and they promised to call me once the parts were made available. The next day I received a call from Mr. Ali Al-Azzawi I think he was the shop foreman asking me to schedule an appointment as the parts had been received. Ali explained to me the process and what needed to be done. I dropped off the car the next day and Ali and Bansi were updating me on the progress which is something I never expected. By the end of the day the car was ready although the parts that needed to be replaced required removing major sections and putting them back. When I went to get the car it was washed from outside and inside and the issue had been fixed and they handed me my keys with a smile. Everyone that I met at the Erin Park Lexus met me with a warm smile and a welcoming approach but I must say that Bansi and Ali really deserve a high recognition for their superior client experience. I congratulate the management for such a wonderful team and such a welcoming atmosphere that they have created. Well done Erin Patk Lexus!
