The Alberta beef they use is great and the burgers are cooked fresh to order. Service was a little slow during the off peak hours, but they were kind and friendly. I tried the smash burger and it was tasty. Cajun curly fries were a bit over salted, but overall it was yum.

First time there and sadly underwhelmed since I drove past it so many times and said “one day”. LolI always have a plain burger when trying a new “burger” place for the first time. Unfortunately there’s nothing special about the seasoning/taste of the patties. It conjures no 5 guys, red robin, or burger baron-like taste sensation, that is for sure.Had the wings too and they were average at best. Again, cooked well enough but the flavour was just plain and the pieces so small they definitely came from the scrawniest of chickens.There’s nothing wrong with serving average food, but it seems Fatburger does it at boutique prices. $30 for a plain double burger and a 6 Pce wing sampler felt steeper than could be justified for the product I received.Gave it a 3 because it was good enough and the establishment (including washroom) was clean.Staff were definitely efficient but you could CLEARLY tell they’d rather be anywhere else on earth - but there.

Awesome food it did take like 10 to 20 minutes but it was some very good food also the smell of the fatburger it just smells amazing in that restaurant. So for a conclusion this was one of the best restaurants I have had food at again awesome food.

My review is based upon expectations one would have after visiting other well-run fatburgers. This location is an extremely slow. It can take up to a half hour to order your food and having to line up out the door.The execution of the food is very good but hardly offsets the slowness.I encourage that this location increasing the response and communication from the order counter person. Avoid having this person take one order it at a time and multitask making milkshakes and fries.We've offered the benefit of the doubt for the last 2 years and honestly it just seems that they need to hire more people but the staff it's still the same people and quantity.

This place might be the best burger in Kelowna for the price. It's Red Robin quality but less money.I got the quarter pound bacon cheese meal for 11 bucks. You can add onion rings to your burger for free. You should because it's amazing.I upgraded to nacho fries. I was surprised at the huge quantity of toppings and the heap of guac and sour cream that came with. Best nacho fries of my life.This meal left me stuffed and I'm a big eater.
