I needed my parcel from the fedex counter and they didn’t want to let me pick it up. I arrived after the close without knowing that the store had closed because someone just came out of the store. When I went in the manager was very rude and not at all understanding. Now I will have to miss work to pick up the parcel.

Incompetence and rudeness at its finest. When I was an employee there, I would have been fired on the spot if had spoken/behaved the way the employees did at the copy center/fed ex counter.Unhelpful and impolite to say the least. Because of this, my parcel will be sent back and I wasted time and energy for nothing.Management should read the comments on here since this attitude problem seems to be a recurring issue.

On another vist where I had made a mistake on the model of Ink cartride the store manager made it right and gave me a credit which I used to purchase the correct type. Very much appreciated.

Don't expect service. Waited by the laptops. Waited while the employee helped a client... he left never returned. I tried to flag down an employee with no luck... 15 min later, I went home and bought one off Amazon instead. Maybe ask customers if they need help instead of 4 of you ignoring them behind the counter.

Horrible service. Went to print photos. They don't accept links to Google photos, so they made me pay to use the computer and download each individual photo, because their computer wouldn't allow me to download them all at once like every other. After they made me spend 20 mins downloading them, they tell me that's not how you order them from their printing service, and that their printing service (7 days to come in) is way cheaper than the way they were making me do it. So they basically made me do it the longest, most expensive way for nothing, all after I had even told them I can't stay long because I have toddlers waiting for me at home... Really inconsiderate and rude. I'll never buy anything from their store again.

We used to make copies and scans, also fax documents. Paid 1,6$ for three photocopies in color yesterday. Helpful friendly staff.
