Wonderful dining experience! Thanks to our very friendly server Christine.The Loaded full pan nachos and Chili garlic shrimp sirloin were great in quality and quantity.

The place is conveniently located in the mall but the entrance is outside. When we arrived around lunch it wasn't too busy, so the service was good. The food took a bit to come out but was delicious and correct to how we liked it. It took a little bit to get the bill towards the end but it started to get busy so it makes sense. The Rosé sangria was tasty and definitely a favourite.

It has a beautiful patio. The food served was really delicious. Had a shrimp starters, as given in the picture. It was really fresh and crunchy. Also had sirloin steak. Which was also good.

My friend and I visited Oshawa Mall for an afternoon and decided on a meal at Kelsey's. The grilled chicken ceasar salad was so good that I could of eaten another but I really wanted to try the dessert. The plan was instead of ordering 2 of the same desserts, I thought why not order 2 different ones and that way we could try some of each. We got an order of the messy cookie sandwich and funnel cake sticks with caramel sauce. Both come with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream. The dessert is so awesome! The servers are friendly and it was great service! We will definitely return.

Had a lovely time reconnecting with an old friend tonight, Christine was our server and she was super pleasant, efficient, and kind. The speed of service was great and the food was excellent. Great Caesar wrap, and loved the fish bowl sangria! Thank you Christine for the sangria recommendation, it was delicious!

Great food, casual atmosphere and excellent service by Christin made for a great dinner out experience at Kelsey’s. We tried the Lemon Pepper Salmon and a Balsamic Mushroom Sirloin. Good sized portions, great taste and presentation.

Kelsey’s is a classic franchise. I haven’t been to one since high school and my pregnant wife randomly had a craving to get spinach/artichoke dip from Kelsey’s. This menu item is a staple. What a blast from the past. I also ordered the chicken tenders (which were also really good).The restaurant vibe here is cool and I definitely didn’t feel like I was eating at the mall. Thanks to our server Christine for being so attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great food and service. The Cajun shrimp was just the right amount of kick with flavour. We also had wings, four cheese spinach dip and pasta. Ian our server was a delight, going above and beyond. Excellent all round. Just about to delve into desert - we couldn’t decide whether to get caramel or chocolate so Ian had a brilliant solution. Cheers!

Chicken Cajun Fajitas were nicely spiced and generous portion. Biggest surprise was how delicious the funnel cake fries were. Service was quick and friendly shoutout to our server Christene :) !! I will prefer to go to this location even though the Harmony one is closer.
