Very satisfied with visitor insurance that I bought for my mother. I have extended it for another 6 months, but for family reasons my mother had to go back to home country well before the insurance coverage end date. I am glad that the cancellation policy is very smooth and they were able to refund the money for remaining days with a $25 administration fee. Thank you.
