Ordered a rootbeer milkshake and the guy took forever to get the order to the window and when he finally got it to us it was half finished as if he sat back there drinking it down before he was ready to give it up. Plus I originally wanted a rootbeer float and they said they dont do rootbeer floats anymore like what? Thats the only reason to go to here.

A&W is a favourite burger place of mine. Love the Teen burger and of course how can you not mention the root beer the best. When you come to a full service restaurant you get your root beer in a frosty mug and it is awesome. This location is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the coffee, the breakfast, the burgers, the fries. I will continue to come here and enjoy the root beer in a frosty mug. As a side note the effort of A&W to be environmentally friendly is certainly a selling point.

Super dirty interior, garbage all over the floor, garbage bins over flowing, all the tables are very dirty, 4 staff members observed sanding behind the counter for 48 minutes without anyone bothering to clean the restaurant. When asked to clean a table, one female staff member refused to wipe any of the tables!Very poor excuse for am A & W restaurant!!! Telling all my family and friends to not go to this pig pen!

Very disappointed with our visit today. A hair was found in my Teen Burger. Took it back to the counter and they said 1 word sorry". Waited about 10 minutes before I got the replacement only after it was sitting on the ready grill and my wife decided to go ask for it. Management should be approaching customers when things like this happen. I hope the staff member who we dealt with let the manager and the rest of the staff know what happened

Huge disappoint! Ordered scramble eggs for my Classic Breakfast. Ended up with omelette. Spoke to the Manager and she explained that the office has told them do it this way since 2 to 3 weeks ago. Shuld the customer not be informed of this change as well!

Typical A&W and usually pretty good! However got my food around 15 minutes ago and when I got home discovered no sauce for my strips. Not a big deal however when I opened the poutine there was no cheese curds in it. Overall typically good but it seemed like a rough time despite not being overly busy.

It's a and w dependably so. Usually nothing to say except never try milkshake at and w but today the service was exceptional. The lady at the front counter was great and super nice. I needed that. Thamks

I usually go to this A&W drive thru after work around 11 pm, it’s always the same guy working he always sounds like he hate working there but what’s the point of being rude to the customers. Tdy Me and husband went around same time and he had all attitude while taking our order barley could hear us but when we went to the window he his attitude never changed and the sandwich was little burned too. I won’t ever go to this A&W ever again.

I usually like visiting A&W, this time i was served by #400 and it seemed like she was too busy and talked like i was an in the way of her day I like the food but when you spend $15 on a meal and ask for 1 pot of sweet and sour sauce all i get told is you have to pay for it, your competitors would have gladly handed over this. I am a manager in the retail industry and keep my customers happy and want them to come back. Well this customer will not be coming back.
