I have had such a good experience obtaining my class A license( as well as my G years ago) at this center. But specifically my class A.Chantal at the counter is absolutely wonderful to deal with and was extremely kind and we actually had a few laughs so thank you, it helped to take the stress off.And for Natalie, the AZ examiner, thank you for not seeming like a system robot. You were extremely kind, we had good conversations while I was doing the road portion of my exam which helped knock off any nerves. Very clear, and precise instructions made it easy to follow and perform what I needed to, to be able to pass my road exam and air brake.Thanks drive test. Cheers.

Mindy is the best examiner out here. She makes you feel very comfortable for the test. Soft spoken and greatly knowledgeable…And the ladies at the Center are welcoming. Especially the lady in the mid counter. She in particular is so lovely and warm. She took her time explaining all my questions. I will try to get her name whenever I can. Great center in all.

Would not recommend.I tested and failed today with Francis/Frank because I entered an intersection on a yellow light and exited on a red. To my knowledge, this is both common and legal, and I completed the turn safely, but Francis decided yelling was the appropriate response. It wasn’t.During the parallel park, Francis asked me to pretend a driveway directly behind the vehicle was a curb. After successfully completing the maneuver, he nitpicked being parked too close, in the event some imaginary person may have wanted to access the trunk during the 30 seconds I was parked there. So it's not okay to be parked a little too close during the test, but it's perfectly fine to block a driveway?Francis also neglected to provide me with a copy of the assessment or even inform me I could request one. Upon returning to the DriveTest Centre, he told me I failed due to the above, rattled off a couple things to work on, that I could retest in 10 days, and abruptly exited the vehicle.Even writing my G1 here was a poor experience. The receptionist that registered me spoke down to me like she was doing me a favour instead of doing her job and ignored another tester experiencing technical issues while I was taking my own.Since I purchased a guaranteed pass driver’s ed package and have no other options, I’ll be rebooking as soon as I’m able, and I’ll update my review accordingly, but in all honesty, I don’t expect it to change. DriveTest is what happens when there’s privatization without competition.

Blonde woman that works at the reception for issuing drivers licenses is pure evil.We just moved to Chatham and she was anything but helpful in getting us new drivers licence. First time we got there she was really happy that we didn't have all the documentation so she didn't have to help us.Sadly our tax money pays for people like this.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Drive Test center. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided a wonderfully positive experience. I was given amazing service and was treated in a manor that relaxed me and enhanced the overall time there. I visited the center on Feb 8/23.

I had a bad experience at tilsonburg, came here 10 days later and the lady was so nice. Passed with flying colours. I recommend this place to everyone who mentions going for their license

I am thankful to them. I was running late for my drivetest and arrived just on time of my appointment. But they were very friendly and kind enough to accept my delay and helped me to finish my paperworks quickly.I was in a hurry and rushing towards everything. The instructor was so comforting. He gave me time to get prepared and start the test. It was a great experience giving my test in this center.

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. They have no manners in how to talk to people. I took my mom (who has 20+ years of driving experience back home) for the G1 test, and the lady working there refused to verify the driver experience document stating that the photo doesn't match. Upon leaving she commented 'I don't know why you people come to Chatham'. That clearly shows the racism that's going on there. I am a resident of Chatham.The same documents were accepted on a different Drive test location on the same day.It doesn't end there. After a month, I took my mom there for G2 test. Since my mom doesn't speak English well, I informed the instructor but she responded 'It's not my problem'. Not a minute passed and she started yelling at my mom to do safety checks. I was right there watching how the instructors interacted.She also said to me that 'If my mom doesn't listen to her she would fail without a test.' My mom told me during the road test, she was constantly intimidating her by yelling, passing racist comments, and asking her to speed up and slow down.Again, I urge you to avoid this location and save time, money, and mental peace.

Very good experience! This drive test location is the best place to take the road test in the region. After having very bad experience with unfair examiners in Windsor, I got my G license! The driving examiner was very nice and fair, she made her notes, but once I did everything as requested she approved me and told me what needed to be better. My wife also did her test there in the same day with another examiner and had no issue to pass, he passed her and gave her the feed back also.

The front desk woman was so sweet and understanding. She was also very helpful. My drive instructor was a younger male around 30 with black hair. He was also really calm and patient and I honestly sucked so bad . I forgot how to drive or something and he was still calm and patient. I of course failed so basically I am writing this for everyone else as nervous as I was. Don't read too much into the bad reviews everyone thinks they are great drivers and are likely bitter they failed. Take it from a failure, they are not big and mean and scary.
