Always was served promptly and received my perscription glasses a couple days at most after ordering my frames and lenses. Affordable prices and great owner and staff. Eye docter is nice but has a very small amount of office space. These people will help you find the right glasses for you.

Really helpful staff. The owner is amazing - gave me so many options to work with. He took me on the spot for an eye exam even though he had so many patients on that day. Great experience - would recommend them to anyone. They all have great customer service skills, and you can tell they really enjoy what they do.

Excellent and Professional Service provided by Habib Optical. They are accommodating on short notices in terms of the eye exams and work out the insurance matters as well. The Optician took out the time to explain the differences between Lense types and had offered me a great rate on the frames as well. I had a great experience here and I recommend Habib Optical to everyone.

I recently bought two pair of glasses there and I am extremely satisfied with them. He is quick and efficient! Mr. Habib did a great job explaining to me what polarized lenses were and how they could help. He has a great selection of frames, and the service is awesome! My Experience at Habib Optical was great. He was super helpful and took his time to explain all the information necessary. Insurance claim went through as I was waiting for my lenses. He even set up an appointment with an optometrist for me at another building because he couldn't offer me a morning eye exam and it was super helpful. Highly recommended.

I was driving by Habib Optical one day and I saw a sign that he accepted insurance plans directly. I immediately called the phone number on the sign and was greeted by Mr. Hasan Habib himself. You could tell that he was very passionate & experienced immediately. He booked an appointment for Saturday for me for an eye exam. The optometrist who did the eye exam was excellent and I had no wait time for the eye exam or to pick my eyeglasses & sunglasses. The prices were very fair and reasonable. Mr. Habib helped me to pick the right glasses and also prepared the necessary forms for Insurance purposes. I was in & out in under 30 minutes! My glasses were ready in a couple of days and again I had no wait time for the proper fitting of both glasses. I am extremely happy with their overall service and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I was in a serious jam - I'd lost my glasses and I drive for a living. I'd already lost three days of work trying to find my glasses. Out of all the shops in Brampton, he was the only one that could get my glasses the same day, even though the left lens is a wonky prescription.I ended up buying three pairs of glasses - the ones I needed were same-day ready, the pair I bought on impulse because the frame was too cute was ready for pickup three days later, and the sunglasses will be about a week and a half (again - wonky left lens prescription with polarization).It was, frankly, a beautiful customer service experience. My only quibble is that Mr. Habib is very strict about observing COVID safety protocols so I didn't try on the frames like I normally would after I found out they wash each one after I touch it, not just give it a quick spritz from a bottle.
