Generally a very short wait time and you get a warning text when they're close so no more frantically searching for a vital item, conscious of the fact that the driver is sitting outside and you were woefully unprepared. Pricing is municipally controlled so can't complain. Every ride I've had was in a clean car with a pleasant driver

They have good drivers but their depot never answers the phone. You shouldn't have to call 5 times to get an ansevery time almost.

I never leave bad reviews but I didn't even get a taxi last night, I didn't sleep for 5 hours waiting for it and they never showed up... I understand they are busy but let people know you can't take them so they can call someone else!!

Not only did a driver sit there while a drunk tried to get into my house but he drove him to the alley to try and get into my neighbors house at 4 in the morning, I wasn't nice on the phone with dispatch after the 4th time trying to reach someone and not getting through, she hung up on me which is understandable but chasing a drunk outta my yard at 4 am isn't my kind of morning!!!!!

I Used this cab company several times while in medicine hat and will now only use them. The drivers I've met were helpful,friendly, and patient. Tried a different company once (deluxe taxi) and will never make that mistake again. Call Care Cabs and I'm sure you will be pleased.

One of their cars failed to signal and moved over into my lane. I had to brake and beep my horn. The back of the cab car was completely covered in snow. When I called the company to complain, the lady played dumb and didn't care that one of their drivers almost ran into me. Not even when I told her I had babies in the car. Just because they are cab drivers, doesn't mean they can drive like idiots and disobey the rules of the road!

Rescued me from the side of the highway in 32 degree weather, after I made a stupid decision that led me walking about 8 km before I was almost melted. The driver accommodated my request to stop for a slurpee on my way home. I only wish getting a taxi was a little less expensive, as my trip was so expensive, that it ate up my “fun money” for the week.
