Canada Post

Might have been bad before, but at the time of this review they had excellent service in English (and French—the workers were bilingual)!

Chef of the post office was swearing on the door because I asked her question on English! This is the second time I'm having problems in two weeks I just want to my mail to be shipped to another address!!She is rude and not professional

The employees at the jean coutu are mostly nice, but the people doing delivery are awful! My packages are either damaged deliberately (by forcing huge things into tiny mail boxes), or abandoned in public places to be stolen. They must write a note for me to go pick it at the post office, but are too lazy and illiterate to do that. I called post canada general customer service, they refused to teach their employees better, because I didn't have a package tracking number, even though I had 3, they recognized none. It was like trying to argue with a robot or an online form. No humanity or respect for packages and customers. Even if this time it was another company (doubtful) they grieved me many times over the year.

The staff go above and beyond to solve things!

Since the Harper government cuts, Canada Post service has been more and more unreliable. Unable to record a signature on a registered letter, not being able to deliver some documents internationnally. Extremely long line. Receiveing open packages.

This Canada Post is inside Jean Coutu. It was pretty fast.
