I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Shiplake Properties Management. The staff are friendly and helpful Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.You guys run a great service and I had a wonderful year completed now. Your timely and friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience in Canada. Thank you again!!

They were better compared to other condo management companies in Toronto.They treated their apartments as a family. Lots of interesting activities for the tenants and great amenities were offered. Decent gym and pool. Super clean in public spaces.

Shiplake is a great rental company. They host amazing events for their residents and the buildings are very well maintained. If I ever have an issue in my unit it is usually dealt with the same day. I have zero complaints and I absolutely love living here

It's been almost a year for me living at one of shiplake's buildings! I'm super happy with the services and amenities they are offering to their tenants. Love the concierge employees, they are super polite and friendly.Maintenance requests are tackled in no time.I highly recommend it!I actually have been to Lillian Park, Balliol and tippet locations. All look great! I live in one and my other friend in another!

After hearing recommendations from friends who previously stayed with them- we went ahead and got our condo! So far, it has been a good experience! Staff is prompt, friendly and helpful! Looking forward to having a long term relationship with them!

The Shiplake team has done a terrific job during and after the pandemic. In the last 2+ years we’ve been treated very well. Staff is amazing too. Super friendly and always willing to help with anything we need.

Our experience with Shiplake has been great. They’re attentive and are quick to respond when we have an issue in our unit. Our building is always clean. The management and staff who work here are friendly. Another nice touch is that they host various events like tenant appreciation barbecues, holiday markets (that highlight resident business owners) , the random ice cream truck visits and give a little gift at your door during holiday season. Never experienced any of this in Toronto or elsewhere. All of their properties are accessible as well. My only complaint is that I wish they would take stricter measures to prevent other tenants from disturbing the peace like party goers and dogs that bark all day long. But ultimately that comes down to the tenants. Would highly recommend Shiplake properties!

Shiplake is a great property management company. I live in the 44 Lillian Street building that is owned and managed by them.The staff are super friendly. They truly care about the tenants and do everything they can to help the tenants out.They take care of tenants by running social events such as the yearly BBQ event that Shiplake hosts.I highly recommend this property management company!
