Canadian Safe
I am a small business owner . My safe battery needed to be changed but I couldn’t find a video online that specifically showed me how to change the battery. I looked up the manufacturer who made my safe and called them. It was after hours, they called me back with in 5 mins. Bob was awesome!!! He explained what I had to do and before I knew it, I was off to buy batteries and my safe was working !!Thank you Bob for standing behind your products!! I really appreciate the awesome customer service!
