Mount Royal Park
This park is huge. It is a hill where you go up and see the view rrom top. The ascent is very long and there are a lot of stairs. I went there in winters which was a huge mistake. There was a lit of snow on the stairs which makes the summit ten times harder. But the view from top is worth all the effort. You can see almost the whole Montreal from top.

Mount Royal Park
Wonderful, sprawling park atop Mount Royal, Montreal, a beacon of the city and a must visit when in the city. I've been to Montreal numerous times and I find myself revisiting Mt. Royal frequently. Spectacular observation area with sweeping panoramic views of the city. There are dozens of trails throughout the park to explore. Plenty of parking available. Truly, a Montreal icon.

Mount Royal Park
Beautiful panoramic view of the city. Several options up: hike, bike, car, and bus. If walking be prepared to go up over 300 steps. Parking at top is free for cars. Bus is the cheapest way up, get a card either at a local pharmacy or the metro center. Must have exact fare if you don't have a fare card.We took the 11 bus up the hill ( Mt Royal parc) and got off at the lookout spot.

Beautiful view of the skyline! It took me about an hour to hike up from the base and at 7am, the crowds were light. Very enjoyable.

Must visit in Montreal, stunning views of the city, lots of trees, and many paths to run or walk (all year long).
