Good food, slow service. Waited about 15 minutes for a few burgers... They were not even busy. Also, the drive-thru person wasn't watching when we pulled up, we had to go inside, after ordering we saw people being served through the drive-thru.

Good food, slow service. I ordered an Orange Julius. Just a straight-up ordinary simple Orange Julius. 10 minutes later I still did not receive my Orange Julius. It seemed like they forgot about the order and we're too busy doing something else. I had to get their attention and tell them that I still had not received my order; they looked like deer caught in the headlights. Dispensing an Orange Julius should take about 2 minutes max, not the 10 minutes they took. The server should be processing the order as soon as they get it, not walking off to do something else and then forgetting that there was an order pending. Get your s*** together.

My burger was abit greasy. Ordered a double burger with no cheese and the other half ordered a plain burger. We asked for 1 drink but got two anyways. It's alright...

My wife and I tried going here a few times, but could not get anybody to take our order. The other day we decided to try again, and we finally received our food. The burger was a mess, the ice cream was well short of normal. Please people, go to the one in Rosthern. Great food and friendly staff. This one in Wakaw is horrible.

This place has the most ungrateful, rude workers. No hello, no thank you, they don't answer your questions, no smiling and always miserable. One of the kids working there drives a dirt bike to work illegally too. Not only is the service painfully slow, you get a blizzard in a ripped cup, cold soggy fries and a microwaved burger after waiting 20 mins for a way too expensive meal.

Went there on June 24th for supper. Ordered the 6 piece chicken strips. They were nice enough to give me 2 containers of buffalo sauce. But only a quarter full?!? I went to ask what gives, and was told that that was what the manager told them to do. I asked for more, and was told that I would have to pay extra. I said that I wanted to talk to the manager. He of course, was not there. I again asked for more sauce, and once again was told that I would have to pay. I then said I'd give my order back, and demanded a refund. Then I managed to get 3 more sauces. By then, my order was all cold. And the 2 poor kids behind me had to wait 10 minutes to order. I poured 4 together to fill one. Utterly ridiculous!
