Dr. Eric Lau and his team of ladies are amazing. I used to be scared or hate going to see my dentist.When I switched and starting seeing Dr. Lau I have not once dreaded going to see him.Dr. Lau and his team are all very professional, friendly, welcoming and fun to be around. From the moment you walk through the door they treat you like the most important person in the office. The wait is never long but if for the off chance there is a wait they make sure you don't wait too long and get you to your next appointment on time.Dr. Lau explains everything in detail so you know your options and what he thinks would be the best for your oral health.I have recommended him to my own family members and they have had great experiences with them too.

Dr Lau is very professional in taking care of my boys' oral health. He is very patience and knowledgeable. My younger son is always anxious about seeing the dentist. Dr Lau and his assistants spent lots of time explaining every aspects of the procedures and building a trust conversation and making sure my son is comfortable with the cleaning. He also spent time educating my older son about proper oral hygiene. Nowadays it is so hard to find a dentist who is willing to spend his time talking and educating patients, especially for young patients. All the staffs at the office are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole dental experience exceptionally pleasant!!! If you are looking for a dentist, Dr Lau office is where you should go!

Dr .Lau and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Provides a warm and friendly experience with every visit. All procedures are explained carefully to help me understand what is required to maintain a healthy set of teeth. His expertise became very evident when he replaced an old filling. His follow up was excellent when I needed it. Very happy to have him as my dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Lau and his staff.

Ever had to wait for 25 minutes at an office even when you have an appointment???? This has never been the case ever since I've been at Dr. Eric Lau and Dr. Clarence Wong Dental! I first visited their office back 10 years ago because my dentist at the time was never good about their schedules; constantly waiting 20+ minutes to get in even with a booking. World of difference here. Reception is welcoming, prompt, and gets me out within a reasonable time which is monumental for me.All these years, I got 5 (or was it 6?) beautiful crowns done, and Dr. Lau and Dr. Wong takes time to explain the procedures so I can make an independent judgment. Their team are top of the line professionals, with superb workmanship and great rapport with one another. Staff are friendly and are caring esp. with follow up services after my serious procedures. It's these value add which sets their practice apart. Felt at ease when I walked in when the place is immaculate and clean.I even referred my 90+ yr old grandma to see them with her infected tooth (she's hard to impress) and even she complimented the smiles of everyone in there!Come check out this place.

Dr. Eric Lau & Dr. Clarence Wong and their staff are incredible. I’ve been with this dental office for years for everything from regular cleanings and repairs, to cosmetic procedures. They have always made my visits very comfortable and relaxed. I’ve had nothing but great experiences and results at their hands. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Dr. Lau for about 10 years now. He has always been so amazing and I have no complaints about him and his team. The staff in the office are wonderful. I love their reminder system. They call/email you a week before your appointment and I believe 24 or 48 hours before your appointment. There is no way I will miss or forget my appointment. Keep up the great work guys. See you in 6 months.

Dr. Lau & all his staff are phenomenal. A great bunch of people that care not only about you as a patient but you as a person. I've had everything done from regular cleaning, route canals, crowns & an emergency on a weekend and the experience has been great every time. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist !!

I came here after moving to Richmond and what a find! On the phone everyone was polite and they even were able to move my appointment to a much earlier and convenient date. When I arrived, there was such a great atmosphere. Everyone I spoke with was kind and Dr. Lau even had a conversation with another guest that felt so warm and like family -- it really made me feel like these are good people.I was seen by Winnie and Dr. Wong and both were so real -- professional yet fun to talk to. I felt like I had been coming here for years. By far the best experience I've had at a dentist.

Everyone that I came in contact with from the front office, dental assistant (Helen) and Dr. Lau were all very courteous, professional, respectful and just all around very pleasant and go out of their way to ensure that your experience is a great one! My kids love it here! Dr Lau is always very good in explaining what he did and his assessments and recommendations and really spend time with you, very caring!
