I do not recommend this location.The lack of professionalism of the people responsible for booking appointments here is deplorable. The support staff is too defensive.My appointment was moved from 12:30 to 2 pm behind my back.The number of tests was changed from 2 to 3 behind my back.I expected to be back at work from this place 2 hours later but my whole afternoon became ruined.I came fasting for the blood work, and after I did that had to sit in the basement for 2 hours to get my turn to do the fibro scan.The fibro scan doctor said she was overbooked and was exasperated as well.Mess. Disarray. Waste of time.When I went to file a complaint, the support staff told me I did not have to come here, but to some other location.I want to make this clear: I will not make this mistake again.

Yes the waiting time is long but we have to organize ourselves for that one time appointment every six to 12 months.Dr Elkashab is very professional and he cares. My condition is improving more and more and Nobody has hurt my feelings so far ( nor the doctor nor his staff). The receptionist is kind to me and all the team treat me with respect.I thank my family doctor ( that I have known for almost 30 years) for referring me to him and I also recommend him to anybody. He deserves those five stars.Bintou Diarra

Unprofessional Receptionist. Rude and no respect to patients.They don’t care much about the patients even the patient is on last stage of cancer. No response when you leave messages to them. Dr. Is good talking and pretending nice. I strongly recommend to go for another doctor.staffs are just like the head of this place.

Disorganized office with poor scheduling and no respect for patient’s time or the misery caused by fasting. They expect you to fast but have no early appointments, and then once you show up they make you wait hours. There is no queue system or organization, once you check in it’s a free for all.

I wish there was an option to rate them -10 score. The lack of professionalism at this office is beyond what you would imagine. They were suppose to sent me a requisition form for bloodwork prior to my appointment so I could get the blood work done and have the result prior to appointment. They never emailed me. In the span of 2 weeks I left 3 voicemails and over 10 emails and never got any response to none of them.

PLEASE READ AND ASK YOUR DOCTOR TO REFER YOU ELSEWHERE.This clinic does not even deserve a star. Just to notify the clinic I will be writing a letter to ministry of health you deserve an audit.After 2 years waiting for my appointment, drove an hour to the clinic to find out that I won’t be seeing the doctor but to do the tests and then leave after 6-8 weeks to go back again to be seen by the doctor. The email that was sent to me did not mention nothing like that, the email stated to check in on the main floor then go down to basement to do the tests. When I went to the main floor office my name was not even available there. The lady said you need to go down right away. When I went down to the basement the receptionist said I won’t be doing the ultrasound because there was some study patients and I was bounced out. I asked why wasn’t I told she didn’t even answer me. On top of all I was fasting for more then 14 hours in order to do the tests. Not mentioning that I took a day off work. Real waste of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I will notify the ministry of health, shame on you. The clinic does not even have a parking lot. Very disappointed

Good Doctor. Very caring and knowledgeable, but the staff are very rude and not caring at all. We where referred on January 2020, but finally after 100 Emails and calls were able to speak with doctor in November thats 11 months... and still waiting for some calls from the office.. I feel sorry for patients who might get sicker and their condition may get worse just by waiting to see what’s wrong with them :( ridiculous

The receptionist was exceptionally kind and professional. She called me after leaving voicemail so that I would not miss my appointment.The doctor was also very kind, professional and thorough in scheduling the appropriate tests.

Dr. Elkashab deserve 5 stars but the office stuff need new management as it is disaster in there…. They book u appointment for one day, they call u 6 weeks after to tell you, you needed more test but they forgot about it and then they book you for another appointment which still pending ( it happened few times now )and when you call to find out, there is NO WAY you can talk to someone or when living a massage no one gets back to you… things are MESSED UP SO BADLY in there office… we are seeing this Dr. For my sister and my husband.. it’s very unfortunate that people must deal with this in their uncertain conditions.
