Just met with Lystra this morning and she was very helpful and informative. Demonstrates a strong understanding of products she recommends to compliment treatment options. She is flexible in terms of scheduling and takes a patient centered approach to care.

I booked my first appointment with Lystra and I was not disappointed! She was so warm and friendly while explaining each step of the process as she performed the treatment. I am so very grateful that I went to get my hair laser treatment with Lystra at Radiance Laser & Medical Aesthetics Inc. She has extremely exceeded my expectations and I use the word “extremely” because after only 2 visits, the hair was already 90% gone – I couldn’t believe it. I just had my third visit with her yesterday and I am so pleased with the progress that I want to sing her praises.Before I went to Radiance Laser & Medical Aesthetics Inc., I had gone to another company that provided hair laser treatment and after 3 visits I saw absolutely no progress – and I’m not exaggerating, not even one hair was removed. I felt extremely frustrated and never having had laser treatment before I was disappointed with the process. After having bangs for many years, when I grew them out, the baby hairs surrounding my forehead would stick straight out. They were thick, short hairs and weren’t long enough to be trained to go to the side of my face along with my other hair and it looked silly leaving them as they were. I decided to shave these hairs to get laser treatment with the previous company I had gone to which proved to be a waste of my time and money. I was extremely self conscious as you could see the dark hair roots on my forehead. I felt defeated, not knowing if I would every get these hairs removed that I thought it would be best to try another company and I’m absolutely grateful I did. Melanin ladies, this the place for you to get laser hair removal. It's what Im having done now. After seeing someone for over 6months and just more hair growth, I couldn't be more happy to say I had a significant change of more than 30% of hair was gone in the first session, the hair that didn't get zapped the first time came back finer. I started coming to Radiance a couple months ago to start Laser and it's been the best decision I've ever made! Within the first couple of sessions, I could immediately tell a difference in the hair and I couldn't be more pleased with how my results are after each laser session. You can tell with each appointment how Lystra truly cares for each person that comes in her office, making sure you're comfortable and that no question you have is a silly one. I even got a facial done by Anya and it was literally the best thing I've ever experienced and the best my skin has looked in a while! For first time laser client, highly recommend this location. Both Lystra and Natalie made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The consult was full of information and not rushed. There was no hard selling tactic. They were even able to do my first treatment right there. Looking forward to my next appointment.

After just one session of laser hair removal at Radiance I have noticed drastic positive changes in my skin! From the start Lystra has been thorough in explaining the process of the treatment. She answers all my questions & is very patient & professional. My skin is brighter, smoother & cleaner! I am very pleased with the results so far. I will definitely look to use more services at Radiance & would highly recommend them to anyone!

Lystra is super sweet, and the laser definitely works! I tried every type of laser— IPL full body for 2 years, 10 sessions of soprano ice laser, and NOTHING worked. Especially on my face, there was almost zero reduction. Five (so far) sessions of the candela laser has significantly reduced my hair, and I think I’ll only need maybe 1-3 more sessions for the hair to be completely gone :)It is on the expensive side, but honestly, using any other laser would be wasting your money (I’ve been there). With this laser, you know you’ll definitely get some sort of ACTUAL results in less sessions
