I visit the store quite regularly and I find everyone there very polite and nice and are always willing to chat with me about anything . Ever since I moved here I noticed everybody in town is really nice I mean all the stores like fast food places and grocery stores everybody is just really nice here it's kind of refreshing you know .

I find prices ridiculous as very high. Staff are very nice except for manager who is not very friendly and is rude. No frills in oliver is much cheaper. Store is bright and they seem to be working to get it more organized .2 bags of stuff over 100 bucks.

Great grocery store.Vibrant produce section.Decent prices for location.More than adequate parking.Easy access.Fast tills.Not too busy.Plenty of carts.I purchased 2 butter croissants and a panini bread bun. They were delicious.

We visit this store often! Prices are outrageous, just like everywhere! The place is clean and the employees are very nice! The cashier gave my kids stickers today and I asked if I could take her picture to post!

Armed guards with weapons and body armour watch you while shopping. Can't afford to shop here, price gouging on every product. Nice employees and well lit store.

I am very disappointed with some of the cashiers in this place. Whoever was on till 3 around 2:40 pm was very cold and rude. I was ignored when I spoke with them, and was given a cold stare the whole time. Then instead of keeping her focus on me till the transaction was completed, she begins small talking with the customer behind me and shoves the reciept at me once everything was finished.I work as a cashier and understand how stressful the job can be, but if this is what this store allows thier cashiers to do, then I think some re-training is in order as this is very poor customer service. It doesn't matter who the person is at your till, be curitous, not rude.

Some of the longer term staff are incredibly rude!! Prices here in Osoyoos are outrageous! 2 visits in 3 days and have rude staff both visits. One was visibly upset that I was right on pricing and she obviously didn’t believe me. She wasn’t happy after checking I was correct.Seriously bad attitudes a couple employees have.
