I really appreciate the staff here. They are knowledgable and helpful but never pushy. Their product range is great, reasonably priced, and of good quality. To me, it’s worth a drive out to Ladner for supplies.

You can find pretty much everything you need for your pet in this neat store. The stadd is knowledge and very friendly. I wish I lived closer to this store, I would always come here for a great service and professional advice.

This place is the best. Great selection, great prices and the best customer service out of any pet store anywhere; I guarantee that. I live in New West and drive out here to buy dog food because they are worth the trip, and they always have what I need in stock. I highly recommend giving this place a try, as I'm sure you'll become a regular too.

Great people in here. Honestly, just good people that give their honest opinions, not trying to sell u what you don't need. And they got a decent selection for most accessories you'd need and a really good selection of pet food. Well, at least dog food. I only have a dog so never looked for other pet food. I'm sure they got it tho.

Great store! Staff are very knowledgeable and not pushy on selling and know their products! Products are high quality & they carry big dog food bags to your car! Wow! Service plus!

Terrible. Waiting time 22 days, ok. I can leave with that but call me after 22 days and ask for some “missing info” then said “your claim would be process in 22 days” what a joke

Super friendly, caring and knowledgeable owner (Lee) with personal service. They don't try to oversell you on what you don't need. We left feeling that we got great practical advice and high quality products for our puppy. They also support local suppliers which is wonderful. Thank you Pets N Us! We will be back!

Excellent staff. I came in with zero knowledge about different brands and different things for cat food. My cat was having difficulty with bowel movements. They recommended i Brand to help with has bowel movements it helped him tremendously.
