We purchased a pair of Crate Design loft beds. Original Home Furniture had the best price and reasonable delivery. We were told it would be 5-6 weeks, as it's a custom product and it was delivered just under the 6 week mark. The delivery team were very nice and respectful. We didn't realize that delivery also included setup, so we weren't ready when they arrived, but they were patient and helped us clear out the space so they could build one of the beds for us. They made sure we had all the parts ready for the second bed and cleaned up all the boxes.Overall it was an excellent experience and would purchase from them again!

Friendly, informative staff. Large showroom with variety of items to meet your needs.I was able to customize my purchase of a sofa bed and chose from a large selection of fabrics. So pleased with my purchase; I have now ordered a recliner and anxiously waiting for delivery.

We had the best experience designing our custom sectional at Original Home Furniture. There was a huge variety of styles, layouts and fabric options to choose from. Doug was amazing to work with; he had tons of options and suggestions to make sure we were truly happy with the final product. The experience of going to the store friendly staff let my wife and I browse around without hovering. We came back a week later to buy our couch and loveseat. Delivery was excellent with no issues.the reason for a 4 star and not a 5 will depend on the quality of the product . Only the future will tell.

I set up an appointment time for a consultation as the room I was furnishing is oddly shaped. When I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly. Krista looked at my pictures, listened to my ideas and went to work drawing out a plan and measuring and remeasuring to ensure that everything was perfect. She offered ideas and suggestions for furniture pieces and colours.There was absolutely no pressure and if I was unsure, she encouraged me to evaluate the pieces once they got set up and if I wanted to add more, I could do so at a later time.I can’t wait to see my new furniture!Thank you so much for all your help!

He was very knowledgeable, compassionate and ensured I had delivery as promised.The delivery was timely and it only took minutes to have the recliner set up.I would highly recommend Original Home Furniture!

The sales staff we're courteous, polite, and respectful. I never felt pressured in making a purchase and they made every effort to answer all our questions. Even the day after we made our purchase, we had more questions over the phone, which they helped us with as much as they did right from the start.
