I don’t normally do reviews but the service we got at Rite-Way was so amazing that I simply had to. Our generator broke down and even though it couldn’t be fixed today (only because we’re on our way across Canada), Rob and Jason were amazing in doing all they could to help us. I would not hesitate to recommend going to Rite-Way RV.

Having an issue with your RV while 3000 miles from home can be stressful. Unless you find Rite-Way RV in Cranbrook. Jason and Ross were both very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient in solving my problem. I hope next time I have something break I'm close to Cranbrook again. Tops.

Awesome service! Called them mid day as we were coming into town with water heater problems. Pulled into their shop around 2:30 Friday afternoon and had the repairs done before 3:00 that day. Had to stop by again the following Monday due to water pump issues. Again they put a service technician right on it and had us on the road again within an hour. Excellent work, friendly staff, and incredible service. Highly recommend them for any RV repairs!

Best service ever. Lost trailer brakes coming out of Rossland. Called these guys up and they had me back on the road 3 hours later. Also found and repaired a few other minor issues. Fair price, great service. Customer for life!

Rob and Darcy saw us stranded on the side of the highway at 7:30pm. We were all fixed up and back on the road by 11am the following day! We were 1000km from home with 2 dogs and a 5-month old baby! They are our road side saviours. I can’t thank them enough.Amazing people, amazing service!

We were really impressed with the entire team at Rite way RV services just outside of Cranbrook….even Trip the German Shepard.We had an emergency with our 5 th wheel breakaway switch failing and they made time to install a new safety part for us even though we are from out of town and continuing our RV trip travel once done.Staff were educational, willing to show us what was being done and happy to answer our questions. The entire were team friendly and efficient. Thank you folks!!!! We definitely recommend you to any and all family and friends!!!!!

We called Jason from the road, about an hour south of Cranbrook. Our trailer's brakes needed immediate repair. He told us to come in right away. Jason told us the repair would take 2 hours. We dropped off our trailer at 12:30pm and it was ready at exactly 2:30pm! Not only were our trailer's brakes repaired but they discovered a few electrical issues that also needed fixing. The service was excellent; professional, friendly, and prompt. The best customer service we've ever experienced. I highly recommend Rite-Way RV Services!
