I recently purchased a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander from Rahman Motors. The vehicle was reasonably priced given the low kilometers on the vehicle. I knew a mechanic near by and took it to him when i test drove the vehicle who pointed out an exhaust leak, some body rust and the rear wiper motor not working. This was passed along to Nasir. The repairs took a bit longer than expected as the exhaust shop would not accept the vehicle due to a fuel tank leak.While Nasir was very upfront about this when it happened I was a bit disappointed as the vehicle was being sold as safety certified and I felt this could have been caught earlier. It took roughly a week for the fuel tank to arrive and be installed. When i went to pick the vehicle up I could see a patch job had been used for the exhaust leak. That weekend it was very evident the leak was still an issue. I let Nasir know I was not impressed as I already had waited a week, and that he should have a talk with his mechanic.From this point forward I dealt with Rafeel. While his exhaust guy was booked solid he encouraged me to take the vehicle to a similar exhaust shop closer to where I lived to get their feedback and send him the video & photos of their suggestion. Although he seemed a bit hesitant of my guys diagnosis at first, Rafeel took the vehicle back and gave me a loaner. After talking to his exhaust guys they agreed with the vehicle's diagnosis and did a full replacement of the exhaust from the catalytic converter back.I really appreciated this customer service and Rafeel was quite reasonable and honest to deal with. You could tell his wanted his customers to be happy with their purchase and despite the back and forth I truly am happy with my ride!Thank you Rahman Motor!

Purchased my first vehicle, a 2012 F150 from this dealer. Excellent experience, the owner was very friendly and alleviated any concerns I had. For a certified vehicle with such low mileage, I am confident in saying I got the best deal I could have gotten. In addition, he cleaned, detailed AND undercoated the truck without me even asking.
