I really can't say enough great things about this motel.  They do have kitchenettes as an option, there is air conditioning.  The rooms are quiet, you can't hear people beside or below you. The staff are FANTASTIC, so friendly and will to go beyond.  Shella, the manager is an amazing person and willing to go above and beyond. We have met some great people here, if you aren't shy to talk to people. You are close to grocery shopping here, Wal-Mart is a 5 minute drive.

I've worked in several hotels and the lack of cleanliness in this motel was just... Abominable. I found a long dark hair in the bathroom. The tub was cracked in several places, there was a broken tile and another piece of the floor was broken and crudely taped up. The customer service lacked... Service, and the staff are all surly. We paid for a two week stay while our apartment was having work done. The pictures online are very misleading and it states that breakfast is included. When I called front desk to ask, apparently they only offer breakfast if you pay per night which seemed a bit strange since approximately half the tenants here appear to be long term. In any case if the breakfast has conditions, it should be stated on the website. Not to mention that you can't run more than 3 appliances at a time without the power turning off. The rooms are equipped with 2 AC units but apparently if you use both, it blows the breaker so good luck in 30+ weather. The outlets that are available are risky, even one behind the couch looks like it has been scorched and not changed out. Very disappointing and needless to say we won't be staying here again.

Here's our experience with the place. We stayed here for an event at the River Cree.I don't understand all of the 0-1 star reviews. Unless we just lucked out. I do have pics to prove how nice it looks inside. And it's really not near anything so I don't understand the comments of houseless" people everywhere.It's also super duper quiet.When we 1st arrived the woman at the desk was lovely. BUT because the room was already paid there had to be a credit card charged $100 which I kinda get.When we got into the room it was a bit chilly but I didn't think anything of it. Mind you we were in room 1 which is the very 1st room. So there is no unit to the one side.It smelled like a clean oven when we walked in. Essentially it looks like a small studio apartment but with bedroom. They have a couch kitchen table

The worst motel we have ever visited. No where to put your luggage, poorly lit room , dirty and smelly . We left just after a single night. The cap drivers who dropped us off and picked us up from there were like who on earth recommended the place to us. The staffs are okay, but the place is just not healthy for anyone.

Got bed bugs from this place. Also to add to that the stove crapped out half way through using it. The reception answering the phone lied about it and would not give a refund. Stay away from this place unless you want your family chewed up by bed bugs.

On my second night my key card wasn’t working. I went to the office but there was nobody there.I phoned but the only option was to leave a message and the messages were full. I had to get a different hotel room for that night. When I came back in the morning I asked to be discounted that night but she refused. She said there was a doorbell and a sign referring to the doorbell. I didn’t see the sign, it wasn’t there in the morning either. The doorbell is also hard to see. It was snowing heavily when I was locked out. I feel I shouldn’t have had to pay for that night in 2 hotels.

This was a S**thole, and miserable staff to go along with there roach motel vibeI WOULD NOT STAT HERE! OVER PRICED!REPLY TO OWNERS:You're right we didn't stay long, and I was fine with you checking the room since we had not even done anything except feel like we were in a trap house. Your cleaners... hire new ones.. sell it and buy a dry cleaner or something. You have no idea or are in denial about the state of your establishment. Want to make this right, then do the right thing and refund me.

The rooms are clean and tidy. No mention on the web site about a $150 dollar deposit or a $15 dollar pet fee. And we were not able to attend while they do the room inspection when you leave.

Never got my deposit back and had to cancel credit card cuz they kept taking little bits of money every day.. this place is dirty and a scam go see for yourself!

The pictures on the website are not at all what the rooms look like. The beds/bedding in the photos are not the same. Very dirty and outdated, peeling paint, dust and cobwebs all over the walls. If you stay here, bring your own cleaning supplies. Floor was very dirty and not swept/mopped. Many items of the previous guests were found under the dust ruffle on the bed. The bedding looked like it had not been washed. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was so much film build up on the tub probably due to not being cleaned properly for a very long time. They check the rooms before the deposit is returned, maybe do a room check for cleanliness before someone checks in?
