I was visiting and needed some things to repair my muffler. Aaron was more than helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Amazing experience while visiting. Thank you for the kindness.

The Wilsons are ways present and working on new ways to improve the store! Much better than the big chain stores

I was a loyal Home Hardware customer but never again. If I could give them zero starspicked out some chairs for my wedding the next day and paid for them but couldn't get them into my car. My fiancée works just down the street and they took our name etc and told them he would be there to pick them up at 5pm, well before close in his SUV. I admit, I was irate and was very upset begging for them to di something, call another store etc. I think anyone would be upset if their seating for a small wedding the next day were sold after I already paid for them. I threatened to call the news and to march with a sign warning people. Their response to this was to call the police and falsely accused me of throwing merchandise and uttering threats. Those were lies. The police came after their lies and I was handcuffed and thrown in the back of a police car at 40 degrees. I have never had an officer approach me from behind, arrest me and not reading my rights..Any officer I've talked to has tried basic communication and no officer has ever ever treated me like this before. This officer would not allow me a mask as I was outside the whole time. I asked for them to pull the audio and video at the store but I was laughed at and refused. Nice treatment the day before my wedding. On the bright side, the New Waterford store delivered me new ones 1s thing in the morning. I will be going there next, never to prince st

Good people. Good store. Little of everything needed for home, amd garden etc. Sad times, when you walk into a store, and see signs posted on their doors, concerning the high volume of theft within. Asking patrons to leave bags, backpacks etc outside. Happening everyday. All over. What a sad world we live in.

We just bought a classic heater and a screen door spring and the gentleman that helped is is ALWAYS helpful, always knowledgeable and always friendly. He answered all my questions. They even helped me over the phone one time, while I installed a part on my toilet. Doesn't get better than that!!! Awesome prices too!

On this visit it was a quick in and out. I was able to connect with one of the staff to answer my question about an item in their ad. Using the computer, and the expertise of the associate, my question was answered, but the item was not what I wanted. Not having what I needed was the reason for a 4 rather than 5 star review. Service was great!!
