My husband has booked twice and drove there all the way from west kelowna with our son and they have no internet. Not a great way to start your business. Don't book people and take their money untill you have it together. They don't even bother to call the people to tell them. What a waste of gas.

Really disappointed. Signed up for a time slot - confirmed online. then we showed up with 6 boys for a birthday. Not even open! Doors locked. We even tried phoning before we came in multiple times. Brutal

Looks cool but we were unable to contact them to book! I used their online booking form three days before we wanted to go (which is very inefficient, should just be able to book directly online) and they never responded. Called four or five times, never got through. Very poor first impression

Took my son and his friends here, they had a great time! Lots of cool and unique games. The staff was super helpful as well. We will definitely be back.

Booked a birthday with their online system. I had to cancel the party with 6 days advance notice. Attempted to call the business DURING business hours 52 times over 5 days to receive my refund. They do not answer the phone but are happy to take your money online. Do not give these people your time or money. I have also noticed a trend on these reviews. They copy and paste a default answer while they continue to collect money and never show up.

Seeing the rest of these reviews aren't even surprising considering what they did in 2018. These guys sold thousands of dollars in gift cards under the name Oasis then didn't open for years and ignored all calls. Myself and a few family members are still out HUNDREDS because of these guys. 24 hours of VR for a few hundred? Yeah right.

It looks really cool, you guys have to stop giving bad reviews for stuff they can't control. I mean yeah it sucks our booking was cancelled but it's not their fault. I can't wait to go!

Would have loved to check it out, but no luck. Booked through your online form, showed up, and you guys were locked up. We waited outside for 15 minutes with 3 other families before deciding to pack it up and go to another vr place down the road.Good luck with the business, hope things pan out better in the future.
