Had custom fittings done as a part of a wedding party. I was extremely impressed with the systematic yet personal process that Kunal took towards each of us in the wedding party.As for the final product, the materials, fit, and style are amazing. You simply cannot best Bespoke! I still receive complements about that outfit to this day. Can't wait to return for more pieces.

I initially had a good experience but it quickly turned into the worst customer service I’ve ever received. After paying for a new pair of jeans, both Kunal and Ian stoped responding to my messages and stopped taking my calls. When they did, they would make false promise. When weeks past, I would reach out again just to be left on red. As for my suit, the pocket square was missing the pick up day. Until now, 2 months later. I have yet to receive it despite Kunal promising me that it was shipped. Of course, again left unread when asking about the status of the shipment. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

This was the best experience ever . They made me the best bespoke shirt ever ! Kunal will give you the best advices in order to choose the pattern and the tissue you will need . I will make a new suit from them because they do an incredible job

Got a custom shirt made and the process was honestly amazing, fluent, and easy. It was definitely an experience as well compared to just walking into a regular mall store and buying a shirt or other piece of clothing. The customer service is A1. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new style and custom clothing.

I recently purchased 3 suits, 2 belts and 2 pairs of shoes from London Bespoke.Throughout my time, I was assisted by both Ian and Kunal. All I can say is nothing but positive things about these two gentlemen. They were both very accommodating, and the insight that they provided throughout the process was phenomenal.I consider myself an old fashioned and simple individual, however, Ian managed to convince me to truly make the design of my suits my own. With some advice and style pointers, Ian made my traditional approach turn into something that is more personal and unique, something that I would never have considered in the past.I am very satisfied with my purchases and the seamless process that it took to get there. The detailed and meticulous options may at times feel overwhelming, however, Ian and Kunal provided their expertise throughout, making it seem more like having a friendly discussion amongst friends.5/5 would recommend.

Kunal and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Both on the hospitality and customer service side, as well as the final product they delivered. This business is a hidden gem, and the level of service they provide is very rare these days! Kunal and Ian are legends. Admittedly, I am probably the most annoying client. However, the Bespoke team catered to all my asks / requests. I am very happy with my suit and am so impressed by the team! Would recommend Bespoke to everyone / anyone!
