Adison Wiberg is the worst customer & liar I ever seen. Im the customer behind her when she bought lottery ticket in this store. She asked for $10 classic pack which comes with extra already.After the guy gave her ticket she said I don’t want extra. He canceled and printed the ticket without extra $8 for her again. The salesman asked her how would you like to pay? She said cash. Then she quickly tapped with her credit card. The salesman asked her pls pay debit card next time. She was irritable right way. She yelled to the man behind counter fking go back to your country… she is definitely a racist. The man didn’t even say anything, she is crazy!

The owner or who ever is the teller, is a bit rude. Second time that I have turned around when trying to either buy or change a lottery ticket. Today he didn't want to take small" change. I got a free play and the 1 dollar extra I was about to pay it with quarters and dimes and he said they only accept loonies and toonies as if the other coins weren't valuable. So I turned around and take my business to another place. ( At Shoppers they didn't mind)And a few months ago I tried to buy lottery tickets with my debit card but also the man didn't accept debit for lottery tickets

Was there today. Very rude Asian man behind counter. Won $10.00 on loto max throws money down. Stood off side looking at something and he got mad. Told me to stand in line. NO SIGNS. Shouldn't be in business never go back. I've been here before and same guy and same attitude. Up date Aug. 2021. And Nothing has changed in this Store. Still Grumpy? UPDATE. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!! May 1. Just got reply from owner. Rude. Not business oriented.

I am totally agree with all the reviews this Korean people I believe have 0 customer service for asking on question regarding lottery tickets lazy to explain and bad attitude when their machine does not work. Also so greedy when u buy a lottery ticket by debit card 30 cents extra terrible people should not open a business if they have problems in the language and arróyate that matters.

Whoever the owner or teller is worst person I have ever seen in my life. Initially I got a pack of Cigarette and immediately told him to I would like to return this and would like to get vape products instead. This man replied “you are young, this should be last pack of cigarette and then quit it” I was so shocked hearing from him. Then I asked him to give owner or manager number so I can make a compliment, then the fella got so rude, telling me get out of the shop and yelling at me in different language. I was really terrified how he reacted with. I went to security guys and made the complaint. They also agreed this Asian guy behave to others customers same way.The owner should take proper action actions against ,its not unacceptable specially when I’m paying and I should have all the right to have good customer service. Won’t recommend other people to go there, don’t want other people go through same experience

Worst Customer Service..Let's get the experience noted correctly ...when a customer comes in to buy something & the clerk is on the phone and waves you off the store & no service how does think a customer might react?? .And banning customers doesnt help customer service..Hope it gets better

Generic store in a shared market mall place. They do not pay much attention to humidity conditions.

Truly the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending when I mistakenly paid with Visa, not realizing they only took debit and cash. When I apologized profusely and tried to offer him cash for the cost of the transaction, he was rude, dismissive and told me to do better next time. Too bad there will never be a next time. ✌️

Handy place for Tobacco and tobacco specialty items. Cigar humidor in the back with a decent selection to choose from.Lottery with some convenience items available.
