I want to say I have never had such a great experience with phone service as I did with Gaetan Pellerin at the Moncton Mall. He was simply THE BEST!! GO SEE HIM! My mother was in need of a new phone, she is with Virgin but they were too busy to bother. So we went 2 kiosks away and we’re met with the most wonderful person. Jordan went above and beyond helping my mother select a device that is right for her, showing her how to do things on the phone she chose. He was simply amazing. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable but spoke in terms my 75yo mother could understand. Thank you Jordan for providing incredible service.

The agents name escapes my memory unfortunately, but they were very helpful, got us everything we needed and gave good recommendations. His colleague however, stood around and did nothing as we waited for an hour and a half for the other lovely agent to help us.

I want to share an experience with wireless wave in Moncton. The service I received from Nick Lewis was outstanding! I/ we were on the phone sorting out a very different issue for over hours. The results were positive but took a ridiculous amount of time however Nick persevered an refused to give up! As a former HR professional Nick is top notch!! I cannot say enough about his skills! Never lose this man!

We have been coming to Wireless Wave in Champlain Mall since 2011. Gaetan and staff are always friendly and very helpful in choosing and setting up of all our phones. Best customer service!!! The team is amazing and I would and do recommend wireless wave for the high quality service and knowledge. Keep up the work!
