We just did my daughter birthday party here. The owner is very nice and accommodating. We came in with a group of nine kids. They allow pizza and drinks. I would highly recommend as a kids party location or a date with your child. Very good selection of ceramics to paint!

It was our first time here. The place is cozy and welcoming. The moment we came in, we were greeted warmly by a woman and guided to our pottery class. We had Sam as our instructor and she was super helpful, patient, fun and engaging. She really took her time with us and we never felt rushed. She taught us many techniques on how to handle clay, how to knead it and shape it. The lay wheel was an awesome experience too. A little hard for a beginner like me but Sam was very encouraging and fixed my creation for me when I needed help. Would totally go back again and bring my family there.

We were told we would get a call when our pottery was ready… and never did. We waited months and turns out they threw it all away. Really disappointing to pay $100 to paint a few things only to have them thrown out. Obviously a mistake on the employees behalf who said she’d give us a call and never did :/

I absolutely love coming here!This is an awesome place to come and spend the better part of a day. Anytime I've been here it's very quiet and not too busy. Staff are there to answer any questions and walk you through the process, I like to do the drop ins and select one of their pre-made figures to paint. They have a pretty impressive array of paints to choose from and are happy to walk you through the different kinds and which ones to not mix. Everything is laid out very clearly price wise and it's a borderline therapeutic experience. If you don't have time to finish your project, they will set it aside for the next time you come by.Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys artsy projects or just wants do put on some music and chill while mindlessly painting.

I live in Coquitlam and I had to pick up my pieces. The drive is long esp with gas prices. I checked their website and it said they’re open and and it didn’t have Jan 2nd on their website as different hours due to the holidays. They’re not opened. They should have added it to their hours.

We had lots of fun here! There's many pottery options to choose from as well as paints. The staff are also super helpful and friendly. A great place to hang with friends or host parties! Will come back again :)

Would not recommend clay class. The instructors were nice and the experience was pleasant but it was light on teaching.The real problem was that whoever fired our pieces did not get them hot enough and the paint bubbled.We were called to pick them up and then once we arrived told to come back after they fixed" the bubbling. Wish this was communicated over the phone rather than after a 45m drive.Turns out they "fixed" the bubbling by sloppily repainting everything. Even managed to drip and smear paint over the lighter colours.They offered to "fix" their "fix" but we decided to cut our losses. The idea of driving back a fifth time was not enticing."

Had a wine paint night here with a couple friends from work and it was amazing!! We had a very talented host who led us step by step on the instructions to paint our masterpiece that we got to take home that night! A place you can also paint ceramics and have them done right in the studio. Will definitely go back as a date night or another evening with the ladies.

This is a great place if you're looking for something relaxing to do. There is a large selection of ceramics to pick from and the ambience is perfection. You also have to come back in a few days to pick up your finished product. The staff is really laid back and are always at hand to help. Will be back to paint some other ceramics!

I celebrated my daughter's birthday at Bella Ceramica and was very unsatisfied with the experience! I had chosen a Theme party on the website while booking and when we started I understood that they did not even bother to check it and were totally unaware and unprepared! The place was a mess and trash and dust were everywhere. The girl at the front desk was very unfriendly and indifferent. She was unresponsive and when I asked for some services it seemed like more work to her! The kids only spent 45 minutes making a plate and after that I took care of every thing as they did not want any food or drinks inside the studio unless you take care of everything, even cleaning, yourself! I am glad I was there with the kids because they didn't have any plans to entertain the kids! They are having birthday parties every day, but do not even have a space to put the presents and other birthday items on!Valeri, was more enthusiastic and active though! She was more responsive and would react to the needs if asked!On the whole it is a waste of money to have your kids birthday party at Bella Ceramica! They won't have any fun!
