5 Star Party bus And Trolley Rental

My fiancé was having a bachelorette party and used this company. They had reservations to have dinner on a rooftop at 6 and the bus was 1 hour late picking them up so they lost their reservation, then was late picking them up to bring them from one bar to another. At the end of the night they tried to get a hold of him to pick them up and bring them all home and they never answered and left a group of girls stranded downtown having to spend over 200$ dollars in all to Uber home. They had belongings in the bus that Danny the owner would not return and said we couldn’t for several days and refused to give a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would not trust them to keep people safe. Weeks of planning to have the perfect night before marriage was ruined because Danny the owner couldn’t keep his word

Great experience! Booked for my wedding day; the driver was prompt and friendly. Danny was super helpful and response during the booking process and contacted me the week of the event. There were decorations and a bottle of champagne included on the bus for us after we got married too!

I am actually taken back by the reviews listed here. I am very confused and conflicted by what everyone is saying about this company and the driver. My guests and I are asking, Then what happened with us?". We liked the bus and though Danny was on time

Couldn't have asked for better service.. our driver was awesome.. David truly was amazing. He ensured to make each one of us feel important and made us feel at ease knowing we were in good hands.. Rented a 23 passenger shuttle for a birthday party which David drove us around to varies of haunted houses and at the end of our trip regardless of the time he continued to provide us excellent customer service.. if your looking for a reliable, reasonable and a friendly limo service for your special occasion then this is the one too choose.. will be using them again for my wedding .. Thank you Danny for taking care of us..

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY LIE TO YOU! The bus was over 45 minutes late to pick us up for our wedding, so we were late to the church. The groom and groomsmen had to walk because the bus was so late to pick up the bridesmaids and myself. Danny would not answer his phone or text messages from my phone number, but did answer text messages from another phone number he did not know belonged to a member of the wedding. He did not even apologize once or give a reason as to his pathetically embarrassing lack of professionalism. On top of being late, he also sent the wrong size bus, so people had to sit on top of each other. The driver did not have a problem with the fact that we were over capacity and drinking on the bus, even though we questioned it- as long as you don't care

I booked this company in March for a November wedding and throughout the months leading up to it I saw bad reviews and wanted to cut my loss of the down payment and go elsewhere, especially after the owner, Danny, wouldn't respond to my emails. After finally getting in touch with him I decided to give him a chance and I regret it. HE TOOK US TO THE WRONG VENUE!! Although he picked us up on time, he was an insane driver that made us all fear for our lives and then we pull up to a different wedding venue!! When I ask him where we are he said he looking at the wrong itinerary and was not apologetic. Luckily my venue was not too far but regardless, it proves he was not that attentive to me. I do have to give him at least three stars because he showed up, on time nonetheless, and he did get us to our venue at the time we wanted. He also gave us a good price and supplied us with a case of beer and a bottle of champagne. It could have been much worse but if I were to book again I would go elsewhere.

Booked with Danny 3 years in a row now for our now annual chicago michigan wine tour. Danny goes far and beyond the call of duty. He organizes the tour for you based on previous trips. Driving style and class is about the grade. I recommend all my friends and family already his way. Im glad to see Danny break away from his former company Limos Alive his new company name sure fits his services well.

Danny planned a great trip to the Michigan Wine Country. Danny took extra great care if us. We had a wonderful time and he was able to accommodate our party of 12 with no problems. I would use 5 Star Limo again.

We celebrated my BFFs 50th birthday from 4pm until 3am Danny was great. We had several stops for him to make He even stopped at White Castle on our way home which was much appreciated and needed after such a long night. Would totally use their services again. Very professional.

This was my first time being on a party bus and this wasn't good service at all. The driver Danny was not courteous, was not attentive and didn’t show good customer service. He was so busy being on his phone searching on facebook that he forgot about the job he was being paid to do on 6/30/18. When entering the bus I was expecting him to be at the door greeting every guest that entered, but that didn’t happened. Danny was sitting on the bus on his phone. The bus was nice and spacious for the amount of guest we had but the bus wasn’t clean. It was dust on the floor and seats, there was a empty bottle of champagne, the glasses were dirty and there was a used white towel on the floor. The bus was not prepared for our party at all. Everyone was on the bus and the bride went inside to grab a box but while the bride was walking up towards the bus Danny began to drive off. I yelled telling him to stop that is the bride. He wasn’t paying attention at all. He didn’t even assist with helping her with the big box she had in her hand. One of the bridesmaid ask him about the champagne. Danny offered to go to the liquor store when he pick us up later in which the champagne should have already been there before we arrived. So Danny finally went to the liquor store before dropping us off at our beginning location and what upset me is when he placed the champagne bottle in a paper bag on the floor at the front of the bus. I was looking and saying, “Why he put that there.” We needed cups so he set a stack of “unwrapped” red cups on the floor upside down on the dirty floor in the same spot he placed the champagne bottle. One of the bridesmaid picked it up. We talked amongst ourselves and remained calm. He didn’t drop us off at the front door of the location, we walked from the corner of the location. When he picked us up I had to walk down to the corner to ask him to drive down by the door to pick us up because the bride was bringing back a big box and gifts. On the way back he stopped in the middle of the street and waited a while before turning, two of us up front was wondering what happened, we look to see what was going on but he looking at his phone. Danny was not attentive, he was distracted by his phone, not courteous and the bus was not clean. Overall I was disappointed with the service.
