Amazing friendly staff , had to wait a little bit longer because the phone wasn’t turning on but they were great gave me a charging cube and screen protector for free because I was waiting , thank you so much for the amazing experience and I 110% recommended this store !! I have been dealing with this location from the very beginning of my time with Telus. Corrie is the absolute best at helping resolve and issues and has been there when it was time for an upgrade to a new phone. Can't go wrong with this amazing group.

Staff didn't seem to care much about helping us for something very simple, even worse they tried to sold us a sim card for $20 when it cost $10 everywhere else including telus website itself, went to a different store and everything was so smooth and done fast, definitely don't recommend this location.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Nick M. Nick went above and beyond to help my father and his wife to help them with their cell phone. The issue was they couldn't connect to their Wi-Fi network at home. With me being 2.5 hours away and not able to assist them, they headed off to the mall to see the Mobile Kinik people. After walking past the TELUS store, they popped in to ask where the Mobile Klinik was located. My father said he was headed there to get his phoned looked at. Nick asked if he could look at it. Nick took a few minutes and then handed back the phone and showed them how to connect. He was super helpful and offered further assistance once they got home if there was still an issue. Not only did Nick help them, but my father is not a TELUS customer. I can tell you, he is considering switching after this wonderful experience. Thank you Nick M.

I went into the Telus store at White Oaks Mall to upgrade to a new phone and was helped by Rob who was very kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. Definitely a wonderful employee. Thanks Rob!
