Rose Wellness by Paige

I have known Paige for at least 5 years since she’s started giving wellness classes in my condo building. She cares about her job and is very patient with her students. I initially signed up for her classes to help me with my physical wellness as I was suffering from lower back pain. During the recent pandemic situation that we all have experienced, she has started to provide her students with on-line classes through ZOOM and I can not thank her enough for that as these classes have helped me a lot with my mental wellness during this unique & stressful situation. I highly recommend Paige’s classes to anyone who would like to improve his/her mental and physical health.

Paige Rose is a gift to her students. Her knowledge and joy make you feel that aura of wellness as soon as you walk in the door. She's a terrific teacher really attuned to the needs of her individual students.
