It wasted my time to bring the clothes here. Most of my clothes are a floral t-shirt and short. I had to wait for an hour for them to process my clothes and they said they couldn't offer anything because my clothes looked like for mature people. They said they just want teenage clothing. I thought they would accept all the old clothes with gently used. I did walk around the store while waiting for my clothes processing, and I see some items are all age can wear not only teenage. These are some of the items that I brought for them to sell . Do you think that is mature clothing ?????

TLDR: I wouldn't recommend this place for selling or purchasing items period. They are dismissive, pretentious, and miserable. You'll be thinking the audacity!" as you leave the store

Highly recommend selling your valuables elsewhere as they do not give you a reasonable price for your items. I was offered $3.50 for a pair of black simple heels that were made and sold in 2022 ( not even a year old ).

Really rude customer service. The staff dont want to engage in serving paying clients at all. Non- inclusive clothing selection with shein clothes priced at $10 - 25 range. Would not recommend wasting time ans money here.

A lot of reviews say the staff here are rude. They seemed nice to me. The fitting room person was helpful but also pleasantly firm when someone tried to take in a backpack. Another staff found a bandaid for my daughter when a pricetag gave her a nasty paper cut. Lots of items were on clearance too so there were plenty of deals. It would be better if they had a couple more change rooms. We would have bought more if the wait times for change rooms was shorter.

The tall lady/the sisters owner is dry. Just give me bad vibes. For some reason they asked me to show the receipt on the way out I was the only one they asked… maybe cuz I’m brown….Felt so uncomfortable. The store was so busy like there was a sale and people in the change rooms taking their time like they where at some club.. chit chatting laughing jumping from change room to change room …It was awful.I found two items in 10 minutes Waited 1 hour for the change room. I finally just dropped it all and went to value village instead.

Recently went on a weekend thrifting expedition with some girlfriends and we found that this location had a great selection! Lots of NWT items were on the floors and everything was reasonably priced.

HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE! Customer service was fantastic! 10/10, No, 1000/10 customer service. Such a bubbly and kind person that helped me throughout my entire shopping, without being over bothered. Thank you Ashley with the blonde hair for helping me!

Hey there everyone,I’m from out of town and was just trying to pick up cloths for one as she’s been having a tough time getting out of the house so I thought I’d try to cheer her up a bit. As I went in there was nothing inherently wrong with the establishment but once I started going through women’s clothing I was given rude looks by management and even had an encounter with a women who I believe was named Ashley who gave me the most gross looks of all. She continued to give me looks for the rest of my time shopping and at checkout. for just wanting to help my mom:( I’ve never experienced this before)Overall the clothing was nice and my mom did in fact like it but I did not enjoy the tone of the staff and management over where I was choosing to look for cloths. Very hurtful.
