I suffered for years with neck and shoulder pain. I tried chiropractic care for years. It would get better but never 100 percent. I spent too much money on Advil and other pain medication. I assumed this was my future. I went to Katie desperate for relief. Katie figured out on our first appointment where the problem was. Within three visits I was 100 percent better. That was four years ago. Katie is incredibly talented and thorough. I still see her for a care. I would never see anyone else.

Katie is just plain amazing! There are few massage therapists that listen well to your concerns and respond so well to what your body needs. Katie is very attentive to pressure preference and you always feel amazing when you leave. Her new Facial Stretch Therapy left me with motion I haven’t had in years! Highly recommend.

Kate is great. I had sore neck, stiff shoulder and tight back muscles. Kate's great technique made a huge difference after the session. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Incredible experience with Katie at KO Massage Therapy! She is so knowledgeable and approachable. Not only is Katie incredible at Massage Therapy, she has mastered FST stretching as well. The most relaxing and comfortable environment, incredible company and a confident, smart RMT and FST. I highly recommend KO Massage Therapy.

Wendy is so amazing!! I'm very new to massage and was quite nervous. She made me feel so at ease and I left there feeling on cloud 9. I have told everyone to go see her!! I will definitely keep coming back here

I've been to both Katie and Wendy and they are amazing practitioners! I have a shoulder injury that they have been working on and my range of motion has been increasing and the pain decreasing. They make sure you understand what is happening in your body and offer so much autonomy/choice in treatment. They also let you play your own music - which is a HUGE bonus if you're not the biggest fan of the instrumental or nature sounds. Highly recommend both of them!

Wendy is an amazing Massage Therapist. I have been experiencing shoulder pain for past six months. Hospital and physiotherapy visits became useless. I felt huge difference with therapy from Wendy and able to return to my normal activities. I would strongly recommend this place.
