Changed my 5 star happy review to 1 star. I was so happy with the service when I visited the store first time. Today when I went there, it was not at all welcoming. I am not sure if he was the owner or an employee but he did not look happy at all to have us in the store. I walked in and there was no one. A guy peeked from the left (okay I get it, might be doing some prep at the back), I said Hi! And he just ignored and wore hi gloves and looked at me, and said such off beat hi! He looked so upset as if why he has to do make food for the guests. I ordered one and my boyfriend ordered one and the vibe was just so off so I told my boyfriend to lets leave. Like Its not a free service, we are paying for it . So awful.. I worked at fast food places before and never have I ever treated someone like that. I travelled across the city to this subway even though I have one literally 500meters from my home. Do not recommend at all if you are looking for a good service , if its just the matter of getting a quick bite then go ahead!

Wow! Was considering getting a sub from here but after reading some if the reviews I think I will go to Firehouse. Edit: The quick response from the owner is a good sign. It shows he cares about his business. In answer to his question, I, like a lot of others, quite often check reviews of a restaurant before going and spending my hard earned money there. If I see a lot of bad reviews I will go elsewhere. Hopefully the owner has taken measures to either train or replace staff that the other reviewers mentioned. I will take a chance and go soon and see first hand for myself. I hope that I can then give it 5 stars because I do really like the subs.

I really hate the service here. From last one year i went in the store 3-4 times and i was always dissapointed. Rude staff (especially that lady working there) and not at all quality food.I doubt whether they did their proper training for subway or not.In terms of customer experience- Zer0

I told the front lady to put extra veggies, there were equal to no veggies in my sub, also she assumes and adds a veggie pattie. Do not go here save your money and go to a subway where they are not saving veggies but customers

Visited here last week and ordered a sub. The woman behind the counter finished helping the previous customer at the cash register, then made my sandwich without washing her hands or changing gloves. I'd prefer if my sandwich didn't come into contact with the germs from everyone's change at the register. Visited again today and the same woman did the exact same thing. She finished at the register and immediately went to make my sandwich without washing her hands or changing gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves. We're in a pandemic...I shouldn't have to ask!

Just went to this location, asked for double meat which was expensive. They did not supply the order for both sandwiches and the lady on the phone could not give any resolution.Preferable to go to another location.
