Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
Honestly, it is one of the worst Sheraton hotel I have ever stayed.First of all, rooms are not well cleaned. There were remaining dust, and also shampoo and body soap was empty. Even if I have asked to bring shampoo and body soap, it took about have an hour.As facility issue, TV was not available and also AC adapters were not available.Moreover, if it is in the low floor, you will hear many noises from the street. People who is sensitive to sound might feel it uncomfortable.I’m so disappointed to this hotel even though staffs are so nice.Please be aware of these facts when reserving this hotel.I personally do not recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay at vancouver.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
Stayed on a high floor in the north tower and loved the views. Had perfect weather while in Vancouver which made the views even better with sun coming in to the room from mid afternoon. Although the room decor, carpet and drapes are quite dated, the room had everything I needed and the bed was super comfortable. The gym is surprisingly well equipped. Service from staff was excellent. Would highly recommend especially if you want a central hotel close to everything.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
On the whole my stay at the hotel was a very good and nice experience. The location is great and so is the views from our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and professional though I felt that the hotel was kind of short of staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel lacked a spa and beauty salon services which I think, is very important in such a busy hotel full of different groups of tourists.

Went there for my daughters prom..clean, proactive staff were on top of everything! Awesome..security was friendly, and thorough on checking people..buffet dinner was great. No complaints!

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
Room was large and comfortable. Great view high up. Our room has a balcony which we really enjoyed. Close to a lot of good food too.

The room was little dated but very clean, bright and spacious. The staff there were beyond helpful and nice. The location is great and close to a lot of dining and shopping spots. My go to hotel when in Vancouver.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
We really loved the location of this hotel. The rooms were very clean, we booked 2 rooms, but one of our room doors had some issues and it took a while for it to be fixed. So unfortunately we couldn’t enter. A technical issue, but the staff working here are amazing. Very friendly, extremely polite and ready to help in these situations. The staff and a few managers that made our stay a very pleasant one were Casper, Jennifer, Frank and Nicolay. Thank you for correcting the issue as fast as you could. We appreciate the service we received.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
I spent a couple days here for a conference and my room was on the 22nd floor and the view was spectacular, part city part sea. The sunset was gorgeous, the staff was friendly, and the catering was top notch. The snacks that waiters brought around while we were mingling after sessions was mouth watering! Especially the salmon. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus after spending days previously walking around and checking out all the tourist attractions.The only downside to my stay (and this might just be a me thing) but I noticed that the small window that opens doesn’t have a screen or any protection from things falling out. For some reason I kept conjuring scenarios where somebody could trip and have their phone fly out the window and it was low enough to the ground that children or toddlers could easily reach it and if left unsupervised could fall 22 floors.I definitely recommend the hotel but would want to pay attention if you have younger children with you.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
Location is the best about this hotel, and it’s capacity can hold many guests, conferences, which is quite impressive in Vancouver downtown. Of course you can get a bunch of super cool skyline photos when reaching higher floor, and don’t forget to hang out in the lovely center courtyard. Gym and pool can be a bit of walk from guest rooms.One thing to improve is the room not fully ready when we checked in, and there are only five pieces of tissue in the entire family suite. Hope this part would improve in the future.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre
One of the nicer locations I find for hotels in the Vancouver area. Unfortunately for us, this time they were completely booked due to cruise passengers and a couple conferences, so we were booked into a so so room (see attached picture) vs what we stayed in in previous stays.One of the front receptionists was sincere and apologetic and did do her best to check for other rooms, to no avail. I would definitely recommend coming here though as the service is great and the location is perfect as it's close to a lot of things. The garden/park between the towers is also very relaxing.
