ok. I try to give credit when due...the lady at the window was very friendly. professionally served us, but then I watched her use her hands wearing the same gloves she used to handle money..prepare our meal. no washing. no changing of gloves. like a star she whipped up our burgers drinks even touched our fries.. all with the same gloves..HUGE turnoff. I blame poor management and lack of training.

Worst staff they could’ve possibly hired. My foot is broken i accidentally ordered for pickup form northgate dairy queen.i went to pick it up I entered the drive-through of course because I couldn’t walk, told them the details for the order they i told me had to come inside in the rudest way possible even though the order was already paid for and i told i couldn’t walk so can you please just hand it to me through the window they said not are problem you have to come inside. Bunch of unhuman airheads staff in the morning, go to a different location or burger king cross the street save time!!

The Drive thru wait times are beyond bad. Once you get to the window to order you constantly have to repeat yourself. The last couple times I’ve ordered blizzards they have been watery like soup. In the future I will drive the extra 5 minutes to the location on Keewatin as it’s so much better.

It was a disappointment this time around. We ordered 5 desserts and an order of chicken fingers to go. The fingers were hard like a rock, and my blizzard had the least cherry flavor I have ever experienced.

DisappointedI ordered a few burgers and chicken fingers with fries through drive through. Almost no fries and chicken fingers were more like bites they were so tiny and broken.Also I paid by gift card and was missing $4. I didn't discover this until my next visit to another DQ.I contacted the restaurant and had to leave a message. No return call from the manager. Maybe they gave me a wrong card back or took the extra for themselves?I would never buy the chicken fingers and fries again. Not Worth the price for what I got. See picture.

Went here for a flamethrower combo. Burger was barely assembled and the fries were soft and cold. Figured since we had to wait 15mins for the food it would've at least been fresh

They make people wait in drivethru unnecessarily just to talk their friends. I waited around 10 mins because they were just talking to their friends in car and after that i call the manager her attitude was so high.
