Joe was rather obnoxious and rude. Raised his voice at me and told me he should have fixed dryer button last time he was here but didn't have the exact button for it. I'm hoping he was just having a bad day. His apprentice was very quiet and said nothing.

Since we live on an island, it's very difficult to find any service technician who's willing to travel by ferry to repair anything even if appliances are covered by extended warranty. Joe willingly came out to fix our induction range in spite of losing several working hours due to the travel times involved. He assessed the problem quickly and stuck to it until our LG oven was repaired. He's a knowledgeable professional and quite personable too. We highly recommend him to anyone who lives outside Halifax and along the South Shore. We will call upon him again should we need his services and rate him a solid 5/5.

Joe went above and beyond to help me get my refrigeration fixed. I live in Hantsport and local repair shops will only go as far as Wolfville. I talked to Joe and he diagnosed the issue with my fridge over the phone but he didn't have the proper tools to complete the repair. He was on a course so he spoke to the other technicians and found a technician that had the tools and was traveling to the valley this week. He did not have to help me as much as he did as I obviously wasn't going to be giving him any business. Great guy and great service. BTW he has fixed my dryer in the past and did a great job.

Joe is a great guy. Came after hours as he knew we were stuck with a warm fridge. Excellent communication and arrived exactly when he said he would. Helped me resolve the issue at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

My refrigerator was shooting flames the other day so I gave Joe a call. He was here, diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator all in the same visit. I also had an issue with my dishwasher the other day. He this time advised me that it is not worth it to repair. Joe is honest and really knows his appliancesThanksDanny
