Metro Loop

Metro loop was great. 1 month into xplore" and I've had more billing issues than 4 years with metro already"

Prices going up and service is going down! I agree with other reviews in that we wouldn't have switched to metroloop if we'd known they were selling. It's like mountain Cablevision all over again. this stuff is new since I can't post multiple reviews. Regardless we are now having another nite with problematic service. Unfortunately becoming a regular thing

Just called Metro loop/ EXPLORINET to receive help on how to view free movies , the man would not speak to me, needed to speak to 85 year old mother ( because the account in her name ) she has no clue about remotes, televisions, etc. AND FURTHER MORE HAS JUST BEEN RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL FROM A HEART ATTACK) The man refused t speak to me because my name was not on the account, I put my mom on the phone, the man then started asking her rediculous questions, that she could not answer. Honest to God, ,she only wanted to watch a movie on a service that is paid in full for, but instead of helping in any way, he, the customer service guy HUNG UP ON HER !!! I am appalled at your customer service !! absolutely appalled, how dare you treat the customers that pay your wages like this !!.

Terrible company, horrible customer service. The only reason this company has customers is because we’re forced to use them. I’ve been waiting over 6 months for them to finalize an install that they said would be done 3x now and it’s constantly just wait more. If they weren’t my only option I’d never of got them in the first place. I’d never recommend them.

Great Service! We switched our business service over to Metro Loop and have been very happy. I can not wait to have the south side of Caledonia serviced so we can switch our home services. Metro Loop is bringing back the small town feel but with the big city services.

Pretty decent service and price. The person who set up my account was great.However, I think as they grow they should provide quicker support over the weekends and after hours.Very happy with the service and the support I received!

We switched from Bell to Metroloop almost two years ago and are very happy with the service they provide. Internet us fast and reliable with Fibre our download and upload speeds are unified at just under 1gbps with next to no drop outs. It is really nice to speak with the same person every time you have a question or need to pay bill.

Zero star have issues with billing please metro loop owner come back u were honest man.these ones r bad and dishonest people I hate it.

Metro loops had the number one customer service company I had ever dealt with as of today being December 6, 2022 Explore Net took over. I had to call them today for service and it had to have been the absolute worst service I have ever experienced talk to four individuals and hung up on twice if I had known MetroLoops was going to sell to them I would never have gone with !!!

Beyond Compare!!!! We came to Caledonia in 2006 and subscribed to Mountain Cable (great company) then Shaw and Rogers. We decided early in it's infancy to subscribe to all Metro Loop's services: Cable Internet and Hosted PBX. This is easily one of THE best decisions we have made since coming here! They take customer service SERIOUSLY and to an entirely different and much appreciated level. Case in point; we just recently renovated our main office requiring a new drywall ceiling and lighting. Along with all the services we have comes a whole lot of gear and required wiring akin to an enormous bowl of spaghetti. One phone call to Dan in Customer Service and next thing you know in came Doug a man we have come to know and appreciate for his past service. Frankly, he should be wearing the Metro Loop Super Service Technician's cape. Doug's courteous, attentive and knowledgeable attack on our bowl of spaghetti was impressive.
