CIBC Branch with ATM

I've been with cibc for 12 years now.Today I closed my account and CC with them due to complete disrespect from their supervisor Krista.

I haven't had any thing real upsetting at this branch, but I am hardly in there to see a teller.Every time I have gone to the teller the staff seem ok, nothing wonderful just basic service attitude.I think they need to have at least one day of the week where they are open later than 5

While in line. I heard two different people, upset with the fees associated in accessing their own money. Then the staff members feel hasseled" in having to explain and justify the charge. Tellers shouting directions to customers about ABM felt really professional. Then there's the actual hands on

A sincere kudos to Tricia! She is assisting me in resolving a very important, yet sensitive issue I am having! I appreciate her initiative to find a solution. Most of all, I value her empathy in the situation.I absolutely adore the staff at the North branch. In general, I would strongly recommend CIBC to anyone!

A review of cibc in general, not just this location. The longer you bank with them, the less they care about you. It's all about getting new clients and ignoring the old ones. 30+ years and the customer service is automated, non-existent, or just plain rude.

I tried to phone them regarding my lost debit card and a brenda advised me to call the number at the back of my card wow sounds like an old lady who’s so lazy to work everday, so there’s no other but to say thanks and bye, just send her home and watch Netflix

The fat older girl who works as a teller is always rude and ignorant and can't do her job properly if her life depended on it. If you want to stand and wait for an hour to recieve no help I recommend this awful location. And the manager isn't even capable of explaining things properly! Awful place, awful management, awful staff!

Ridiculously long wait any time that you go in. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes before seeing a teller. Even when they are busy they have only 2 tellers available but they always have someone walking down the line trying to pressure you to use the atm when you actually need to talk a teller for something.

Service quality has become terrible at the teller level at this branch: I've noticed that most of the Friday tellers are replete with attitude and completely out of line. There is a gatekeeper mentality and some of them seem motivated to deny service where they can. In one year I've witnessed a couple of banking errors at the counter and found it to be an extremely unaccommodating, unfriendly atmosphere in general. The exception to the rule is Gian, who is unfailingly professional, humble, cooperative, and efficient.

The worse service ever and rude! They won't even accommodate you to any of your banking needs. One client service lady even has the nerve to butt into our conversation while serving her client. While this is all taken place my boss and other co-workers were the among the onlookers who also bank with them witness and overheard the entire conversation walked away the same time with me. The next day we all having a meeting along with our new employees and this issue has been bought up. 17 of our co-workers had close their account and moved TD or RBC were serviced to their client is their priority and not to mention convenient banking hours as well. I know for the fact some of you had run into to this kind dissatisfaction of banking service with CIBC north branch. Sorry, l wasn't gonna give any them any stars since the application would not allow you to post without the listed minimum.
