I rented a skid steer, they are fast to get back to you with a quote. Ryan was the sales representative I had. He was great, we had a few hiccups. But he solved the problems with talking to me and did everything he could to make me satisfied. Really appreciated the customer service and they all worked together. The think about the customer. I really have to say that Ralph the delivery man is amazing, polite, and awesome customer service. He does what ever he can for the customer. A bolt got loose from the vibration and fell out on the first one he brought me. Ralph brought a smaller one, but he wanted me to have the one I had. So he went out of his way to get it going for me. He's not the mechanic, but he looked at it and solved the problem. He could have just dropped off the little one and took off with the bigger one. But no and to me that is the best customer service ever. Because the care about you. I would recommend anyone to rent equipment from them, if you want to be treated like you should be.Thank you to all the staff members and especially Ralph.

Amazing Customer Service, wish I could give 10 stars. Some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I had water issues at my house and these guys did everything in their power to help me resolve my issues quickly and affordably. I have never received customer service like I did here, I can't say enough good things about Liam and Ryan.

We rented 2 different tools to polish our new garage floor 1st they gave us the wrong tool had to go pick up the right one then after the cement was done last load came in at 530pm we found out the paddles they gave us where not for our tool and they where cloaed after contacting someone who worked there before he said call a 1800 number no one picked up we tried for 1.5 hrs finally got ahold of someone and it took them another 1hr to get us the right tool after our foot had already started to harden beyond repair now my garage floor is not anything like we wanted we are now forced to patch our brand new floor due to their error. Never again.. And we get oh that's not our fault 100% your fault and on top they never correct the bill for the wrong tool they sent us in the 1st place.Most of the staff amazing

These guys are super friendly and go out of their way to help make our projects run smoother. Love dealing with Cooper!
