I find it to be a very friendly environment. The girls at the front are quite nice and thoughtful. I always enjoy seeing Darbie. She is a wealth of knowledge and is able to help me understand how I should be brushing compared to what I have been doing. I enjoy seeing her. Comfortable environment with the latest technology. I've been coming to Norfolk Dental Hygiene for 2 years now, and every visit the service gets better and better. They offer a wide range of services and the best selection of premium dental products I've ever seen. The staff take the time to get to know me and my specific needs and they are always coming up with new innovative methods to address my issues. When I'm there I feel valued and that I'm in great hands. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my oral care. I highly recommend Lisa at Norfolk Dental Hygiene for the best treatment around.

Norfolk Dental Hygiene is the place to go for your oral health. From the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave you are met with a friendly smile and great customer service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and try their best to meet all your needs. Karen is very knowledgeable in her field and tries to set goals to meet not just your oral health, but your overall body health. She uses up to date equipment at her disposal. Everything she does is in consultation with you in coming up with the right formula to achieve the best overall health suited for you. I highly recommend Norfolk Dental Hygiene for your families oral health.

Norfolk Dental Hygiene offers friendly service with knowledgeable, professional staff. Darby cleaned our teeth today with exceptional skill, handling my squirming pre-teen with the calm confidence needed to make our appointment go smoothly. We left with bright, happy smiles. I highly recommend.UPDATE: This place has since turned over a number of staff very quickly. There was NO warning given that my hygienist was no longer there, I was expected to take whoever they decided to give me. NO. When you have a good hygienist you stick with them. They seem more concerned with the bottom dollar now and less about quality services.

Today I had my regular cleaning. I often see either Karyn or Lisa. It is always an amazing experience. I often feel taken care of, heard and leave with a positive plan to continue improving my oral health. Today when I arrived I was greeted by Kelsey and Tara at the front desk. This was a fantastic team to greet me! So friendly and kind.One thing I love about Norfolk Dental Hygiene is the culture it cultivates. I felt this nurturing, high integrity culture from the front desk ladies today right to my cleaning with Lisa and my friendly chat with Karyn.

Tara the receptionist was very helpful today with my insurance questions. Darby is my dental hygienist and she is truly an awesome person. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and has a great sense of humour. She always explains everything she is doing before or while she is performing the procedures. I followed her to this office location because she is just that good. I always look forward to seeing her and coming to this office.

I was super nervous to change places for my dental care but that emotion was put to ease the minute I walked in. After years of feeling like I wanted an alternative option to traditional dental settings this was the place! This is the first place that has taken the time to explain each detail of what is happening and WHY.Thank you to the whole team!(And no, they did not spam me with an email asking me to leave a review - this is my genuine emotions after my appointment so that’s a bonus too!)

I have been lucky enough to have been served by three of the hygienists they have on staff; each one has been exceptional! They really take the time to explain what they are doing and empower me to make educated informed dental care decisions. All of their staff are so wonderful, from walking in to leaving they really go above and beyond! Not to mention you can get all your oral health supplies and more right at the office!Highly recommend to everyone!

Thank you! Past trauma at the dentist has always left me uneasy in the chair. Coming to Norfolk dental I was at ease and honestly had such a great experience. Leaving there after my teeth cleaning from Amy, I felt happy and energized. Words I would never associate with the dentist in the past. I highly recommend Norfolk dental.

I love Norfolk Dental Hygiene. They really care about giving you the best care possible. Not just your teeth but your whole health. I love the new massage chairs and warm towels. The warm towel is great after the baking soda polishing because it stings your face.
