Landmark Mazda

My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV. As we were interested in Mazda products we decided to visit Landmark Mazda. Sarah helped us out and spent some time with us to determine the right vehicle to meet our needs. Sarah made us feel very comfortable and was genuinely interested in finding the right vehicle for us. After exploring various options we decided that the Mazda wasn’t the right vehicle for us despite the high level of build quality. Although we determined that the Mazda was not right for us Sarah’s attentiveness, product knowledge and low pressure approach was much appreciated as we went through this process. Took my car in for a basic service and they upsold me telling me I needed a number of fluids flushed. It had been a couple years since the last time I'd had it done so I went with it. Jump ahead to getting service at a different dealer (I moved). And they showed me my history and the recommended service timelines. Turns out the flush I got at Landmark wasn't needed for a couple more years. Landmark has access to all the same info as my new dealer too. My bad for trusting a dealer, but not cool on their part. It makes me wonder about what other services I paid for without needing them.

I got the 2023 CX-5 Signature car at a reasonable price.Hieu, Michael, Mark and Alyssa were great! I felt they were the honest people to do business. Even for the trade in value of my old car was pretty reasonable than the other dealership I went to.Love doing business when you feel you were not taken advantage of. The perks I got was awesome.

TLDR/ Best Dealership Experience EverFrom the moment my spouse phoned Landmark Mazda to view and test drive a CX-9 a of couple months ago, the customer service at this dealership has been exceptional! Our Product Advisor is Michael Flamand. He is hands down the best product advisor with whom we’ve dealt with this past year and a half in our car buying journey. Michael is honest, knowledgeable, patient, attentive and a great listener. He responds very quickly by phone, email or text even post purchase.When we came in to test drive the CX-9, it was near the end of the day. Michael stayed past the dealership close time to answer many of our questions. We had a budget and Michael helped us stick to it. Michael was always transparent about what products were already on the vehicle and cost. There was zero pressure whatsoever to upswell any products, accessories or warranties - we’ve experienced this at other dealerships. We happily purchased the CX-9 from Landmark with accessories and warranty that we knew we wanted.About a week later I also ordered my CX-50 with delivery date of 3-6 months. Of course Michael Flamand was my product advisor. This guy listens - when I put in my initial order, I told him to communicate with me if another color arrived with same specs. He emailed me a video (smart idea to send video) a couple weeks ago of a CX-50 in another color than what I had ordered which arrived and became available. Went to see it and I was sold and I happily got my CX-50 within a month of ordering.The rest of the team we dealt with were Alyssa and Kirk from finance as well as General Manager Mark and Sales Manager Alberto. EVERYONE at Landmark Mazda is top notch as they are all knowledgeable in their areas and work as a cohesive team and help each other out if one of them is not immediately available.My spouse also took his old Mazda Tribute for mechanical inspection and some much needed repairs in preparation for selling. Jess and her service team did an amazing job with servicing.Looking forward to working with this small business again when my kids are ready to drive!Thanks so much Landmark Mazda!!!

Was torn between Park Mazda and Landmark Mazda but Sarah was so great I knew she was the one I wanted to buy a car from. She was extremely knowledgeable not only about Mazdas but other cars and trucks on the market. She was great and easy to talk to on top of giving a fantastic overview of the car before I drive off.
