This time, it was a t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e experience.I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years. I've got multiple screen fixed (ipad and phones). Yes, I am clumsy, yes I drop my phone often and yes, I have a solid case.I went to fix an iphone 8 screen two days ago and I paid $60 which is a fair price! After 2 days and 1 small drop, the screen broke. I went back to the store and ask for either a refund or a replacement. This time I knew it was due to the poor quality of the screen and/or installation.The gentleman was extremely stubborn and rude and didn't want to replace it. He was offering me a discount and put the full responsability on me.He will never see me again.

Came in here for a phone for travel. They sold me a Blade L8 for $140. Found out later it's worth $75 and it barely works. Now I am out $140 as I may need to buy another phone.Take your money elsewhere. I may be out $140, but I hope this review costs them thousands.

I would give negative stars if Google let me. This place is shaddy as hell. Last September, the repair dude damaged my battery and card slot while repairing a broken screen. He told me he can't fix my phone unless I leave the phone with him for 2 days. I was told to pay $40 for a dead phone at the end of the wait since i need my contacts back urgently. When I realize he screwed up my SIM card slot and battery he offered a 'friendly price' of $80 for a re-repair. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? You damage more parts than you've repaired! TRY YOUR BEST TO AVOID THIS SHADDY PLACE!

Fixed iphone screen fast the first timeHad water damage, same phone and same guy fixed it, and then the mic stopped working shortly after as well as the battery capacity suspiciously went from 86% to 50% within 2 weeks after which, the battery stopped working completely. I was charged much more money for him to rectify those issues as well.Buyers beware.Cheaper services than other tech places, but you’ll end up spending much more money in the end.

Decent prices for the quality. I had my iphone 5s screen repaired, and it was $55. Prices are cheaper if you pay in cash (credit or debit would have been $60+). Done in half an hour. My screen has a slightly green tint to it now, so quality is obviously not amazing but for the prices, is fine.

Had a great experience! My phone screen was fixed in 30 minutes for a very affordable price with no problems. Great and friendly service. I would really recommend this place for phone repair :)

Cell Tech helped me replace a battery in my iPhone after I ran into trouble attempting to do it myself. Cell Tech saved the day and provided excellent and fast service.

This place was great! I had a cracked screen and they were able to repair it in under half hour! Reasonable prices! The owner had great customer service and communicated with me throughout the process. Definitely will keep this place a go to shop! They repair most devices and variety of accessories in store.
