Dr. Monahan is nice and welcoming, but the receptionists are super rude, especially Agness. She kept rolling her eyes and insulting patients behind their backs. Very unprofessional.

Dr.Monahan doesn't care about her patients like everyone says. She cancelled my first appointment, which I totally understand . Her front desk said they'll call to reschedule which as you guessed didn't happen. After I called and rescheduled my appointment, the dr didn't call me during the rescheduled appointment. So in total it's been one and a half months since my referral. It's better to be honest about your priorities and time and turn someone away rather than play the cat and mouse game, which causes anxiety and certain conditions to become worse.

Very hard to talk to the receptionist when she just says that doctor is not in and cannot leave a message. The only way to get a hold of her is emergency ward at the hospital or 811. How can I call 811 when they do not know the complexity of my case. NO voicemail, no email, and a receptionist who just has NO as a response. Don't get me wrong, the doctor is great!

Dr. Monahan is the best doctor I have seen in Canada. She is so kind and patient. Her student also very friendly and helpful. I love them so much. Also the front desk I met was good. I was lucky to meet them.

why are her staff so rude, i've never been to a gynecologist before and just asking questions with them its like they have the audacity to get mad. get better staff, literally the only reason she has low reviews is cause of her rude staff.

Dr. Monahan became attached to me after. Trip to the ER and a week long hospital stay during my pregnancy. She has been attentive and all around amazing. I can’t thank her enough for the care and support she provided.

The doctor is nice, but...it is very, very difficult to contact the office. When calling, it always indicates that it is not office hours, but Google shows that the office is open now; or the phone system indicates that the front desk is busy now, please leave a message--you leave a message but get no reply; if you go to the office in the afternoon, the door is closed, don't know what time they go for lunch, even though the internet says the office is open now.
