Pro Nails

I loved going to this place until my third time recently where I had a nail break in under a week paid $68 for a refill before this less than a week ago and then had to pay another $78 because I asked for another refill just to touch it up and ask for the other nail to be fixed well to my surprise the charge was then another $78 and I asked her why and she said it was to replace the nail that broke in under a week so they made about $160 off of me and couldn't even be kind enough to just charge me for the refill and the very expensive nail polish and design I always get and just let the $5 nail be which any other nail place would do. Along with that not only was she overbooking and telling everyone to come in when I wasn't happy with the way my nails were being rushed and done I obviously was pointing it out because I wanted to get what I pay for and she leans in after a little bit of me not being happy and says I have other people waiting are you finally done asking things to be fixed, it made me feel horrible and embarrassed in front of everyone and it was completely unacceptable. They may do great nails but their customer service I do not find okay whatsoever.I was going to be nice and post all the nails they had done so far but with the recent service I'm not doing anything for them.To make this even worse she kept cutting my one finger because she was filing it so drastically because there were so many people she had waiting and my finger started bleeding and then she did more and now I'm sitting at home with a bloody finger all red I am very very upset and disappointed!!!

We called ahead of time, we’re greeted politely, place was clean, ladies were very nice and gave a great pedicure. Good colour choices, massage chairs, and attention to detail with the pedicure. If we were from London, I would certainly return!

I’ve been twice and both times I was treated amazingly! Super sweet ladies. Last time I went I took my mom and her bf (he got a pedi) and we all left with smiles. They made sure I got exactly what I asked and triple checked it was right before I left. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a great nail salon. It's so clean and everyone is so friendly !
