AMIT & ZOYA CHOR HAIN! I recently visited Skymart to send my Parcel and I must say I was extremely disappointed. Not only did they steal my parcel but they also charged me a hefty amount. I will be filing a case against the owner for theft. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.Totally unexpected behaviour.

Quoted me 60$ for a flat bubble mailer shipped to a location in BC. When I said it was way too much, the lady somehow brought it down to 30$. Like okay…? Still too much. Shipped from Canada Post for 20$. The reason I came here is because I thought it would be cheaper than the big shipping carriers. Waste of time.

I received an email that my package was ready to pickup at this location so I went in the next day to pickup. The lady insisted there was nothing for me to pickup. I confirmed the email and address with her and it was all correct. She glanced at her pile of packages and said she absolutely didn’t have it and that I would have to leave and contact Amazon directly. I knew it was there because the courier called me a few days before to tell me he was on his way to drop it at this location so I knew it was in their office. After more arguing back and forth I asked if she could check her pile as she insisted nothing was dropped off with my name (they had no system for checking on the computer or any type of system to trace this). She found it with the other packages after looking through it like I had originally asked. Trying to brush me off and telling me I had to contact Amazon is super frustrating when she didn’t even thoroughly look or have any type of system to find packages. She was very rude and I will forward my packages to another location next time.

Friendly, efficient service. I've had to redirect packages here twice and they've been very helpful both times.

Poor customer service. I went to drop a pre paid parcel and the guy was charing me 4 dollars for the print and tape he used. This was completely rip off. I have used other locations and they don’t charge a single penny as the postal company pays them for the service. I refused to pay and the guy took off the tape and printed page and returned the parcel to me to save his ego he lost a customer and commission from the parcel company.

I dealt with Reema and she was so accommodating.she stayed 30 minutes past the closing time as I had an urgent parcel to send out. She was very friendly and patient with completing my parcel. She made sure all of it was accurate before sending it.Always a good experience here!

Scam. Rented a Uhaul returned it and paid. A week later I get another email with a receipt. They used my credit card and charged me again for no reason but this time 3x what I was suppose to pay.

Very good store to go for passport photo. The photo that they have is high quality and good price and the staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
